Customer service was great and the store was clean. However, there was no indoor seating nor any available outlets anywhere inside to charge your devices. Outside seating area was decent, but there was a deranged homeless woman screaming profanities which detracted from the ambiance of the location. The drink was great, but I had to enjoy it on the go.

Service here is always very fast, and this Starbucks is in a convenient location close to where I live. There’s limited indoor seating, but the food and drinks always come out delicious.

It was a great and smooth trip buying food before a Concert we are going to watch. Simply yet great ambiance and amazing people who took care of our order.

I walk my dog by here every and sometimes we stop and ask for a pup cup for my dog since they are free, a cool little treat for my pupperoni. I personally do not consume coffee but I occasionally buy something for my wife.

Today the cashier informed me that they are no longer providing free pup cups, that I need to buy something in order to get the free cup. No worries, I walked away, and my dog didn't know any better. I didn't think it was a big deal since there was 1 person drinking their coffee in the store and it was 5.30AM, I wouldn't have asked if they were busy.

When I came home I did a google search " Are pup cups no longer free at Starbucks?" and the information I saw was that water and pup cups are free and are not going away or so says their CEO Laxman Narasimhan on March 13th 2024 at their annual meeting.

Not a complaint just didn't see anything official saying they would stop.

I understand that its not a soup kitchen, its a business and that its not good for dogs, but every once in a while doesn't hurt. Its not like I come in there every day, just once a month maybe?!

I'm sure some people abuse it, but it's the cost of doing business. Some people will buy other products you sell, the pup cup/free water just gets your consumers in the store. Anyway...

I really never have issues with starbucks but theyre normally very accommodating. This one however has been let down after let down. The staff is friendly but they always seem to make my drink wrong. I normally come here right before class at SJSU so I don't have time to wait for new ones. I literally just suck it up. Also the don't have restrooms. I'm not trying to exaggerate but I have NEVER run into a Starbucks with no restroom. And I've been to pleanty in many states. So I was really thrown off and upset about that shocker. Their attempt to be spacious is sad. Tiny tables inside. The long bar faces a window that gets tons of sun AND their blinds do t roll down more than a quarter. Thats odd. The outside is larger than the insides with more tables but on days where its 90 outside its a choice of dealing with the sun inside at the bar or the heat outside in the shade. I just think they could have dealt with the space a little better. Its unfortunate that this is the closest to my school. Probably one of the only reasons they have so much...

One-Star Review: Disappointing and Disrespectful Service I am absolutely appalled by the treatment I received at Starbucks today. As a long-time, loyal customer who has spent thousands of dollars at your establishments over the years, and even as a former employee, I expected a basic level of courtesy and understanding.

Today, I urgently needed to use the restroom. Upon asking for the code, I was told by an employee that I "had to buy something first." I explained the urgency of my situation, reiterating that I needed to go now, but she insisted. I was forced to make a purchase just to gain access to a basic facility.

This is not only incredibly inconvenient but also deeply disrespectful. To be treated like a stranger, or worse, a potential non-customer, after years of dedicated patronage and even having contributed to your company as an employee, is truly disheartening. This experience has completely soured my view of Starbucks. It's clear that customer loyalty means nothing when a basic human need is involved. I am utterly...
