Starbucks — Restaurant in San Jose

This morning, I got myself a venti iced white mocha with whip cream and extra caramel drizzle. First of all I don't give reviews but specifically this morning I will. I asked the worker to give me a little more caramel on top and she looked at me with an attitude, but didn't even took back my drink in the end. I was like fine whatever but please Starbucks I did not paid a 7 dollars and something cents just to get a milk tea mixed with water and cover up with a little sweet from the caramel. Oh my God my drink is so tasteless. I thought I was drinking water mixed with the whip cream. There was no flavor, no shots of coffee in my drink like maybe they so busy that they forgot to put coffee in my drink. I'm so disappointed. I don't think I will come back to this location again. The worker gotta do better! So so disappointed at my drink...

If I could give less stars I would. I will note that I don’t come to this location often so I’m not sure if it was an off day for them or not but. The lines are extremely long and move along slowly. They got my order wrong the first time and it took them 35-40 mins to remake it and get it out. This doubled my overall wait time. Other people in front of me were waiting for 40 mins plus. The staff was easily agitated when a customer would ask for the que time on their order after waiting for so long. Some customers were flat out ignored. Some orders were even stolen and some customers never got theirs. I’m not sure what the fix is. There are 5 staff working and it’s still a mess. I ordered strawberry puree with lemonade, light ice with raspberry pearl on 5/25 at 12pm. Even though, I asked for light ice but they filled it with the whole cup of ice, and there was barely liquid. I also asked to add one scoop of pearl, but there were just 4 pearls in my drink, is that really one scoop? My friend also ordered mango dragon fruit lemonade, but it didn’t even have mango dragon fruit flavor instead that it was just a whole cup of lemonade fully filled with ice. Moreover, the customer service was terrible, they seemed like not willing to make drinks, since they made me a strawberry lemonade fully filled with ice instead of what i asked, which was light ice.
