Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in San Jose

I visited this particular taco bell, I asked for a baja blast freeze, they waited until my order was taken, then proceeded to tell me they were out, and told me if I could substitute for a soft drink, end up receiving a different drink. I asked for a chicken quesadilla with extra jalapeno sauce, they made one with light to nothing sauce. My boyfriend went back up, to tell them we asked for extra sauce on our order, they went back to make a replacement, he ended up receiving one with no sauce on the quesadilla with nothing on it, as they told him they had none after making new one. The location said the front doors closed at 11pm, but they closed the door at 10pm, when he went back to correct the order, he had to knock on the door repeatedly till a manager looked at him, walk away to the back, sent a employee to unlock the door, and acted as if they didn't even know he was...

The drive thru people are the worse! They do t pay attention and make sure you get everything you order before they hand it to you. Everytime i have gone to this kfc/Taco Bell i always go home and after unloading the bags notice that 2-3 items that I ordered and paid for or missing. So I don’t go for a couple days and then a few months later will go hopIng things have changed but they haven’t. Today I ordered from there not more then 5 minutes ago and had a big order and when I got home and handed out the food to the person that wanted it I then find out that the Mac and cheese and the Nashville hot tenders were not in the bags but they were paid for. Drive thru Wait is terrible!! charged me for sour cream on 4 tacos when there was only 3 tacos total and 2 that needed it. Then the sour cream wasnt in the tacos. So i drove back n the man which looked like the manager seemed stressed and annoyed by my complaint. He took my food which i had already touched n handed it to another lady. I watched both of them touch tacos i already touched n put them on the taco area n put sour cream n extra lettuce n cheese. She had gloves on but it was unsanitary for them both to touch food a customer touched already and touch the food thats suppose to be used for others.
