Taco Bell — Restaurant in San Jose

Worst Customer Service. I've been here on multiple occasions and they forget something from the order and I have to drive back and get my missing item. This time I decided that I just wanted my order done over since they forgot an item and I didn't want the rest of my food to get cold and I didn't know which Item was missing exactly, didn't want to open each individual item to check. I walked in handing them the bag of food asked nicely to please just redo the order and I didn't know what was missing. The lady said ok and to go ahead and keep the other food, ok I set it aside and and was waiting. Then she proceeded to help the lady make the food and started talking in Spanish, unfortunately I couldn't hear what she said so idk what was said. She then returns to me with foul attitude and asks for the food back which was fine, i had originally handed it to her anyway. She tosses it somewhere seemed angry or annoyed. She finally gives me my order, I ask for my receipt and she doesn't want to give it to me I ask why. She doesn't have an answer and then asks if she can give it to me they tell her yes she makes a comment in Spanish saying what if i return and try to get more food. I got upset and say it was their mistake and that they shouldn't be making it seem like i the customer am in the wrong for wanting the correct order that I paid money for. What got me most upset is they acted as if I was trying to get free food when I literally walked in handing the food bag back to them. Now I am back home and I noticed they made my food smaller and they still managed to make it wrong as well. Gotta return again and I'm just getting my money...

Worst experience at this location!!!

Came in before 7pm to pick up food for my disabled father. The drive through was packed so decided to come inside and order instead. Bad decision! Right away placed my order on one of the machines to the right when you first walk in. Never got a receipt or confirmation or anything after ordering but saw the transaction through my bank app. After about 20 minutes or so I noticed people that ordered after me on the same machines were getting their food before me I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Started to get impatient after 30 minutes had gone by and my name still hasn't got called. Mind you, this was a $13 order, nothing crazy. Went up to the counter to ask the cashier (who didn't speak good English) what was going on with no resolution or clear answer. Didn't seem like she really even cared to be honest. At this point, I'm pretty fed up as you can imagine! Had to ask one of the other workers to finally get the food. She had to go on the register and look up my order after waiting over 45 minutes!!!

Never again!!! Probably won't ever go here again! Almost an hour for some damn...

If I could give a zero or minus 100 I would. I got here at 245pm was gonna go through drive thru, but the line was about 8 cars deep. Not moving. So I backed and parked about 6 parking spots from the entrance. Omg big mistake. They had one NEW barely speaking english young man working the register. There were 4 customers in front of me. For each customer the cashier had to wait and ask another employee for help. I placed my order and asked for a 12 pack 6 crunchy and 6 soft. I repeated it 3 times because he asked me too. I was sure after 3 times we were good. Simple 6 crunchy 6 soft. Not even supreme as I was totally trying be be as basic as possible. I walked out with my 12 pack..only to see the drive thru was about 12 cars deep and I was blocked in. I was finally able to get out and get home to find I had all...
