Do not believe pick up estimates, this place is always a wait. I ordered four sandwiches and the delivery time was estimated at 11 to 24 minutes. I arrived at the 20 minute mark and was told they were not done yet. The store was empty with the exception of 1 person who was a walk-in order. I waited an additional 20 minutes for my sandwiches. Honestly, I watched several walk-ins come in, place their orders and leave with their sandwiches before I did. There were two staff working behind the counter on a Sunday afternoon at 12:30 p.m.. Considering the price of a 3-in sandwich is $10, I had plenty of time to think how I could have just made this myself with a quick stop at the grocery store. I would have had it quicker. Note to self, never order from this location again. This is not the first time that I've had to wait for something ordered ahead at this location. Why bother to have that feature if it makes no difference? The food was good, but I will go to the other location down the...

One large sandwich was a greasy mess and the mini sandwich had so much PEPPER on it it's inedible!
I didn't even ask for extra PEPPER and look at the picture.
A person that would do this that is so evident what did, I have to wonder what he did to the big greasy messy one. I can't even eat anything. Over $30 down the drain.
Togo's has really gone down hill and I can't even go there anymore now.
Luckily I did find that Jersey Mike's Subs are great. But would have preferred to have the choice to go to Togo's as well, but Togo's is too disgusting now.
Plus it was delivery, I specifically said to NOT knock on the door and to call when the person arrived. What good is putting in instructions if they don't READ, follow instructions and knock anyway and disturb the entire house?!?!
Togo's was one of my favorite places once and now it's too disgusting in to...
Read moreOnce upon a time, in very recent history, I used to enjoy coming into Togo’s for the personal touches each sandwich artist would add into my handmade sandwich. He or she would artfully craft my meal as we chatted, taking care and asking for clarifications as they worked; “is that enough mustard?”
Now there is a cold and faceless kiosk where I must place my order, after which a worker slaves away silently completing ticket after ticket.
To say I am disappointed is an understatement. For what the sandwiches cost, having to place the order myself is infuriating. This is unacceptable. I don’t know that I ever want to come back, which is a shame because Hot...
