My family including two elderly visited to get some dinner here after watching a movie. We've been here countless times before. Before other guests entered, for a short while we were the only ones there and while we were reviewing the menu we observed music playing with obscene profanity in the lyric. I then proceeded to ask the two employees, one young girl and one young gentleman, about the music and they at first ignored us. I then ask if they had control over the music and they looked at each other while being silent and I responded asking them to turn it off. The young girl rolled her eyes then proceeded to the back room and the music stopped shortly. The exact song playing was "Paranoid by Ty Dolla Sign".
I am extremely doubtful that this type of song was approved to be played at an establishment like Togo's. As a matter of fact the guest behind us actually made mention that she also had complained about the music that was being played there in one of her recent visits, as I was asking for the managers information from the employees. While I was doing so the young girl was extremely defensive and sarcastic and refused to provide any information. The young gentlemen was there after polite and took our order and finished ringing us up. At that time I asked him for the manager's name which he gave as Gonzalo Garcia. When I asked for a phone number he mentioned that I would have to get it online. I asked for his and her names and he replied with "that's all I have to say".
I was extremely appalled and very much embarrassed for my family, especially so since I brought my elderly family. This is very unbecoming of Togo's and I am sad to say that I will never return to this specific location or refer any business to this location. The only thing that I can say that I am grateful about the experience is that there were no young children present. I am very hopeful that something will be done about this incident, as this should not be...
Read moreI most likely will not be returning to this store but will go to another. This store does not have items listed on the website and when I questioned why the items were missing, this very rude male started barking at me and another customer. The soda machine was out of syrup and they had no fresh brewed tea. He stormed over to the machine and started banging around trying to change the syrup packs. It still wasn't working and he just slammed the door closed. One guy just set his cup down and walked out. I kept asking where the unsweetened tea was and he was very rude saying they don't have fresh brew tea. I said the online order said they have the tea. He eventually gave me 2 bottles of tea and walked over to the soda machine and grabbed the 3 cups of ice and threw them towards the trash can. Ice went flying everywhere which made him madder. I gathered my stuff and left. I won't go back there ever, but will patronize another store even though it's...
Read moreWhen they have this restaurant across the street down by the old bowling alley the staff were a lot more friendlier and the price is for a lot more reasonable There's one employee there I don't remember their name But I would always make sure I had them make my sandwich because they knew exactly how I wanted it made and I was so appreciative of that
At the new location it's just kind of average The old location had more character to it
The prices went up the size of the stuff on your sandwich went down and became way more expensive I got a large sandwich for under ten bucks at the other location this new one I was well over 20 for a large sandwich
And they cut back on how much they put on the sandwich And they charge now more for extras on the sandwich Granted the parking at this one is now much easier than the other...
