Wienerschnitzel — Restaurant in San Jose

As far as the day shift employees they're great but whoever closes the drive-thru around 11:00 p.m. I think it's a older Hispanic lady that lady is very rude and what I've noticed is if you come anywhere then around the closing time if you come anywhere after 10:00 the last hour half the items on the menu are not available cuz she's already cleaned up and close them it doesn't want to be bothered like ice cream any Frozen Goods it's in the world and it's always a valid excuse why the machine is not working I'm pretty sure it's because they cleaned up already I don't want to be bothered and if you ordered like a milkshake or something like that definitely it's not available anywhere between 9:00 and 11:00 and her way of delivering that to you or telling you that it's the rudest way possible because it's impossible for something to be broken or not working...

Don't usally eat at that franchise but they had a combo deal chilly hot dog and a burger I asked could I get the deal but no chilly on the burger I was told sure but I was charged as though I order each item separately which was more the next item I order was a polish sandwich total 13.24 I paid with a twenty when I checked my change I was shorted $3 bucks and they corrected that but when I got down the road the polish sandwich wasn't there I should of know better when I got my order I had to ask for mustard and ketchup then napkins the food and service so bad I just take the loss won't be going back probably not gonna gamble any future business with...

Been awhile since I've been to one of these places. I ordered the Angus chili-cheese dog (indicating that it was "80% bigger." What a joke!!...it was a small hotdog, and if this is that much larger than the previous ones, they would have had to be Vienna sausages!!!! It was also sooo salty that I couldn't finish it. I had ordered the combo, so the fries were good (& salty of course), but this is what the 2-stars are for. The menu price was wrong, but I caught it and told the cashier the price shown so she gave it to me. I had ordered a lemonade and they gave me a Pepsi! NOT coming...
