D'Paellas is run by the same people who operate the Paellas y Algo Más catering business. This is their mobile kitchen, or food truck. They have two, one in Guaynabo and one in Hato Rey. This page refers mainly to the Hato Rey truck, which is the one I've been to.
It is located in the parking lot of the Casa Club Sigma, the San Juan club house of the Phi Sigma Alpha fraternity. They serve everybody, not just fraternity members. The menu generally consists of Spanish dishes like paella, fidejua, empanada Gallegos, as well as more Latin American dishes (generally Puerto Rican and Cuban). They also make sandwiches, appetizers, and desserts. The menu changes slightly from week to week, though most items don't change. They are open on Thursdays from 12-6p and Fridays from 12-5p. The food is very good. It's on the pricier side, but the generous portions and the great taste make up for it. They have tables under tents, or you can takeout. You can also call ahead and order. I do this a lot because I have an hour lunch break and it takes me about 7-10 min. to walk from where I work.
In addition to serving lunch, they also prepare large orders for group, catering style. This is something both locations do as they are primarily a catering business. The menu can be found on their website and operates all week long. They also recently began preparing school boxes (La cajita escolar). For about $90 you get a box with lunch, snacks, and dinner for the entire school week. Perfect for parents who work and find it hard to meal prep. I haven't used this service, I only mention it because I've read it on their website and FB page. I have only been to their food truck to have lunch, so I can only vouch for that.
Overall, a great lunch option in the Hato Rey area. I only wish the food truck proper was...

We had a great time there. A family group of 15 persons was treated like royalty. We had great food. The dessert was huge. Food was delicious. The only negative was a lady rushing us to lower a handicapped person from our car to the person's wheelchair even though it was raining...
