Nevertheless, if you are going to charge a premium to maintain a healthy profit, your service ought to match.

Over the years, this location has been on a downward slope when it comes to service, friendliness, or even appreciation for customers. Cashiers are either overworked or poorly trained. You feel like you need to beg for utensils, napkins, or to be checked out. There is an air of indifference also with the cooking staff, especially on the soup area. Quality is slipping there as they let some soups get reduced too much.

I am glad that whoever is making the Awesome Chicken sandwich has remained...

Where to begin, the employees are more concerned talking to themselves than attending the clients! I had one big employee, so engaged with other employees, that he forgot to add the chicken to my salad! I have seen this attitude in other women front end servers at the front of the serving line. They are just NOT service oriented. Lastly, the chicken patties. They taste like Subways tasteless synthetic chicken! You have been warned. Skip it. Search for better...

.....Para los que trabajan y cuentan con poco tiempo a la hora del almuerzo no es recomendable, muy lento. ... no se le da prioridad a los clientes que están presentes en el salón y toda orden es por turno esté o no el cliente presente.. .. A la hora del rush de 11:30AM a 1:00 PM se aglomera mucha gente en la fila que sale hacia afuera porque el espacio es muy reducido tanto para los clientes como para los empleados que sirven la ensalada y les toma mucho tiempo a los empleados en servir ..

.. . el cliente que está presente tiene que esperar pacientemente por el empleado que está ocupado cortando y preparando las ensaladas 'take out' ..Esto pasa porque la joven que sirve las ensaladas calle avanza más que la que atiende el público.. ella se adelanta y pone en fila india los bowls de ensaladas de órdenes calle de clientes que no están presentes y quedan resagados los clientes presentes esperando su orden.. ..el empleado que corta la ensalada selecciona en el orden que están los bowls colocados que no son de los clientes que están presentes en fila esperando...

...Mi sugerencia es que a la hora del rush, de los dos empleados que cortan la ensalada pongan a uno para cortar las rdenes calle y al otro que atienda los empleados...
