Bag O' Crab — Restaurant in San Leandro

My family and I came here to watch the game and grab some food! Our order was very simple. We ordere 1 order of spicy chicken, lemon pepper fries and some fried fish! The fries came out minutes later, but when mentioned that we wanted the food to come out together, the waiter took the fries back and said that he would bring fresh fries out with the rest of the food, only to. Ring the same fries back including a complete different flavor of chicken! He said that he thought we said Cajun! However Jessica “THE MANAGER” came along to say well “it’ll be a while before your order comes out” after waiting atleast 30 minutes for the order overal. I said that it was fine and that I would just keep the chicken! It wasn’t until I realized the fries were cold and I asked them why’d they bring me the same fries that were brought out before the food? Jessica tells me “BEACAUSE” !!!!! At that point I told her that I didn’t want any of it and that she is very unprofessional! Also when I asked her if I cii or ups speak to a manager she told me that she is the manager and so I asked her for her name, she only gave me her first name and told me that she’s the only Jessica there!!! Her overall professionalism is horrible!!!! There’s no way that you can just make me accept some cold food because of whatever reason that’s not how it work! You lost loyal customers by the way! We’ve spent money here a few times,...

The food was good. The parking is hard as there is a small parking lot and street parking only. We went on a Saturday, so I ended up ordering to go because we didn't want to wait 40 minutes to seat two people, which was totally fine. My issue was customer service. The blonde woman with braces took our order (only ordered a combo 3 with crab) her attitude was unpleasant, but still, at this point, I didn't care. I just wanted the food and to leave. She said about 15 minutes. I waited in clear view of her. When I saw a bag of food come out and get set on the counter next to her, she didn't bother to look at the name, yet she grabbed the bag and set it behind her. I was thinking it could be mine, but also, doordashers were going in grabbing orders. I thought if it were mine, surely she would call my name as she took my order and I was standing right in front of her. Nope. She didn't do anything at all but just stood there. A guy came over and looked at the order about 20 minutes later and called my name. I was furious. I waited an extra 20 minutes while my food sat there getting cold because she didn't bother to call my name. How lazy can you be when the order is literally right behind you and you were the one who grabbed the same order but didn't bother to look at the name 🙄 poor customer service...

A relaxing restaurant serving Cajun and Louisiana style seafood adding on some Asian twist. We stopped by for lunch, it was rather quiet, so that was nice. They have booths, separate tables and robots bringing out food - bit of a novelty. Seafood combos are served in a bag which is then wrapped up with the table clothes and thrown away, easy concept! We ordered the Combo 1 with a few add ons. It was rather surprising to be able to add instant noodles to the seafood bag, however that worked well. Clams seemed to disappear in all the mix so wouldn’t order that again. Shame they’ve been out of Octopus for weeks…. Garlic fries were a favourite, crispy and garlicky. Combo 1 with a free add ons is enough for 2-3 people. Seafood is the main cuisine, wouldn’t suggest this place if you’re vegetarian/vegan. Con: delicious as it was, but the sauce was very salty. The washroom has no baby facility and really needs a deep clean. Service: our Server was helpful in explaining the types of sauces and spiciness levels available. Guys at check out looked bored.
