This is clearly a popular location. Every time we go here there is a line of people waiting out the door, but major kudos to them as you never have to wait very long. They are quick to take orders, and quick to fullfil them. Even with as busy as they are, they are incredibly helpful and happy to tell you more about any drink you have questions about, or to make a suggestion on what drink to try. They have one of the largest selections of drinks and foods among all of the i-Tea locations that I have been to.

I'm just very disappointed with the customer service. So learn from my experience, order ahead either from call or online and PAY RIGHT AWAY! Or else it's nonsense to make the order because you have to still fall in line even your order is just sitting right next to the cashier. Having a prepaid pick up counter is useless! Very frustrating. Also, I ordered m8 they gave m7. So let them repeat your order and also like any other department stores, they charge 10 cents for the...
