Arrived at 4pm and after 20 minutes the waitress ignored us, three times She waited on one guy who had literally just walked in and waited a minute. There was no crowd.l in her section of 8 tables there were 4 tables empty and there was NO RUSH CROWD. This gal obviously has zero experience. She really needs to ask for training or get a job in another industry! She SUCKS as a waitress. She might do better bussing tables. She only took an order from that one guy and ignored my husband and I, two women at the table next to us and two other guys behind us that all sat down within a few minutes of each other and all just kept waiting. We asked twice for some service at 4:30 and 4:40. The other women demanded to talk to a manager and left very angry and loudly. The two other guys walked out after the women. Just for the hell of it I asked a 3rd time for service at 4:50. Get this... the bimbo went back to the same guy to tell him his food would be right out and waltzed past us the last time. She had no clue two tables walked out. Maybe shenwants to get fired? I tried to politely get her attention but she was oblivious. The hostess even asked her nicely to attend her tables. I could see if the restaurant was crowded but it was not. There were a lot of employees chatting it up in the corner so it is not just poor training it is a bad manager. There were 4 tables for this waitress and she only spoke, four times, to the one guy. She must have known him. If you are hungry order ahead from home and get it to go. You will only get served if you are a large group and get seated at the tall guy's section. When seated if you get a woman with a bad dye job that looks orange leave but if you get the tall guy prepared to be happy. His section of 8 tables were all served and happy. After an hour we wasted sitting in San Leandeo we went to Fremont Hub and even thought it was packed were seated in 15 mins and served in 20 and all done pleasantly by well...

Did take-out during COVID. Very easy. Pull up, wait in your car and they come out to you, no need to exit the vehicle.

I had a mobile gift card to use I ordered online and chose the option to pay there. When I arrived they came to my car asked my name and provided me the bag of food and drinks. They took down the number from my gift card and came back out with a receipt. While waiting for it to process I checked that my order was correct and that they added the extra dipping sauce I paid for. Everything was there.

After I sent in my order, I called the location to ask for no ice in the drink and to swap one type of dip that you can choose online with the crisper appetizer with another, this was all accommodated. When I arrived 15 minutes later my $10 meal deal and free appetizer (Sometimes rewards come to Chili's reward members. I had this one expiring next week so I used it. The only thing I wish was better is the website customization options and a section to leave notes about what I called in about. If there is a note section already, I missed it. They have a few different kinds of ranch dips but only the plain option is featured as a side to chicken crispers when there can be a drop down to choose other option like avocado ranch or the chili ranch (I got both and liked them each.) If I could give this place HALF a star, I would. I should have written a review on this place earlier, but my friend and I went to this location for dinner about a year ago - was not the first time we went, so we were familiar with the service (or so we thought). On this particular night, my friend ordered a meal that she later changed her mind about because she decided on something else after the order was placed (and a host of other issues with the dish). The waiter took the plate back to the kitchen and came out 35 minutes later with her new meal. My friend took a bite of her food and immediately, we heard loud laughter coming from the kitchen/bar area. We scoped out her meal and saw saliva embedded in the sauce and a bit in her alcoholic beverage. WE. WERE. DISGUSTED!!! They had spit in her food! ABSOLUTELY GROSS! WHAT IF ONE OF THE STAFF HAD A DISEASE OF SOME SORT?! THIS PLACE IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL, HORRIBLY STAFFED RESTAURANT WE HAVE EVER BEEN TO. We have never been back and we encourage everyone to steer clear of this place. Luckily, my friend took the issue to Corporate and they issued gift cards as compensation. However, gift cards were not enough to do her justice - I told her she should SUE! I understand that it may have been a pain to change an order last minute, but that's YOUR JOB! If you don't like to serve customers then why are you in customer service?!! If you value your money, time and OVERALL HEALTH, stay away from this...
