McDonald's — Restaurant in San Leandro

Please let me correct this review. The Greenhouse Mac Donald's is not the right location. I don't know how to change the location in this review.

My bad Experience is at the :

is where my bad encounters been.

My experience has not been pleasant at all here; this is the 2nd time I have had an unpleasant experience at this location. I'm not sure if the staff person was a manager or not; she was insulting and not very welcoming. The person said her name was Maria last name stared with a Z. I will not go back to this merchant again. Sorry, no 3rd time for me. The female at the cash registered let me know by her gestures and facial expressions alone; she didn't want my business . The only details I will give is- when you only have a one side environment; your customer will experience a one-sided experience. I will not spend my money on any established that does not have a few people who look like me, male and female. Not a one-sided cliche "getting that one woman or girl to cover gender and race nah. I like to see a variety of people because, in my experience, you get better treatment. When it's a dominant group of people, I have received abysmal and selective treatment. I don't want to give the one star because that's giving this established too much credit. Not asking for people to be all smiles but make a guest feel welcome , not unwelcome. I've said too much. This is my third time coming to this McDonald’s and they always serve cold fries or not fresh at all. People are paying for it and this is what they get in return? They’ve been doing this for a while now and I always gotta go back in line and return the fries to get the fresh fries instead. But when I got the fries that they call fresh it’s crunchy but it ain’t fresh, it’s like they just throw the fries that you returned to fry it again😂😂 If there was a 0 star I would gladly give it. If you want people to pay the price of what they want, you should be honest with your work and how you give them what they deserve. This is such a bad experience, yeah there’s a lot of customers coming at this place but the workers are so not honest with their work. I would recommend an inspection for this McDonald’s, something is really wrong in there and for God’s sake who knows what else isn’t fresh in there and they still serve it👎 For the people on here reading this, check your fries if they’re fresh before you leave that second window, return it if it ain’t fresh. I’m so done with this McDonald’s, hello? This is people’s money that you guys are playing with, be honest with how you guys...
