when your phone in an order .. you EXPECT to pick it up at the time INDICATED BY THEMSELVES!!! .. not just started when the customer pays?! as much as I love mountain Mike's pizza for years; this particular franchise location has little to be desired when it comes to customer service .. not only placing the order on the phone was aggravating enough due to the gentleman that has speaking/understanding English comprehension (heavy Middle Eastern accent) .. I said "ONE SINGLE XL PIZZA .."-HIS INTERPRETATION? - "THAT WOULD BE 2 DOUBLE XL PIZZA AND IT WOULD BE READY IN 20 MINUTES" .. THE PLACE IS HARDLY BUSY AND OTHERS ARE FORCED TO WAIT AS WELL FOR THEIR ORDERS .. The girl working behind the counter must be the same person rolling the dough I suspect .. she actually seemed surprised that I came in to pick up my order .. then her facial expression turn to annoyed and stressed .. I mean do they need to hire more staffing and/or training in the proper customer service etiquette?! not even an enthusiastic smile to greet the customers when they walk through the door .. mountain Mike corporate needs to do some better vetting of their franchisees and not accept everybody that can simply offer up capital to start one .. some people just aren't cut out for customer service and or the food service industry ... pretty disappointing experience to say...

I ordered a pizza today and the Servicer's were very friendly and kind but Ill-equipped. My order was correct but the toppings were not what was expected. I called and asked after seeing my Chicken Club Pizza what kind of Chicken was it and was told Grilled. I said I’m aware but what part of the Chicken, Breast, Thigh, what? He said the Breast and I asked if he was certain and he said Yes he was. I hung up not a believer because I don’t eat dark meat and know what White Meat looks like. I called 3 other locations and it’s amazing how I was told very different things. One said diced Chicken and the other said Thigh Meat and then diced. I was told that the package didn’t specify what kind but just says diced. For someone who only eats Breast and Wing (White Meat) only, this is disturbing that you can work at a facility with the food and not know what kind of Meat you’re serving your customers. I’m a stickler for White Meat and will not eat anything that has a mixture of both. It was hard to have to pick the meat off the pizza trying to see what was White and what was Dark. Meanwhile, my Pizza is now cold. Very frustrating because it ruined my Pizza. I wouldn’t order this again unless I know that...

Tried to order a pizza with a different sauce just a bit ago today 11/9/21 6:55 pm got told by the cashier (we don't do that) first mountain mikes to EVER tell me that, and I've been eating it for years.
