TOGO'S Sandwiches — Restaurant in San Leandro

Stopped by to grab a sandwich for a late lunch (around 2 p.m.). As I walked into the store, there are about 4 people sitting at the tables and 5 people behind the counter. Only 1 of the employee looked like was assembling a sandwich, the other employee were either chopping tomatoes or replenishing other supplies. All of this while talking pretty loudly among each other in Spanish.

I stood in line (alone) for about 5 minutes but nobody acknowledged my presence. After another couple of minutes of being completely ignored, I walked out of the store. As I was leaving, one of the employees started to yell to get my attention but I was already frustrated and disgusted by the poor level of customer service.

I will make sure that all my future purchases (in person or online) will benefit some other business that care about...

I have to say I'm disappointed! We just got a sandwich, my husband and I and it had almost nothing on it!! Now granted e asked for no veggies, but in that case I kind of expect them yo make up for the emptiness with more of the regular styff.....NO, we got 2, that's right count 'em TWO, TINY ASS slices of bacon, hardly ant Avocados and honestly there was not much turkey either!! Now remember these were the three main components of this SUPPOSED TO BE LARGE SANDWICH! WHAT AN EMBARRASSMENT TO TOGOS!! Oh and the funky, dirty, missing teeth General Manager was the person that made this HORRIBLE...

I ordered 10 sandwiches, 3 salads, and 1 wrap online in the morning. I wanted to pick up 4:15pm. When I got there, they barely started making my order. There gave me my order 4:50pm. About 35 mins late. I didn't double check the sandwiches the guy gave me. 2 sandwiches were missing and one wrong sandwich. Some of the sandwiches doesn't have any descriptions.
