Over the years since my first visit to this Blaze, I learned how to actually order a great Pizza when a Blaze is not Blazingly busy. If not too busy, then one can carefully select the toppings and really do to town with what one wants. The secret to not burning the Pizza is to ask them nicely to put the metal grill underneath the Pizza, which is normally only used for the special dough Pizza's. Again, if they are not too busy, and are skilled, it will not come out burnt. While it is not a NYC style Pizza, since it is so thin, it still can be a very tasty meal. I am sort of a fan and even have their app on my phone....but I prefer the quieter AG location. I am going to include my old review below, just to show how much my experience has changed. Thanks Blaze Pizza! [ Old outdated review: "Blazingly boring. Wife "hate" factor is way way off the charts!!! BEWARE!!! If married, go alone...ha...ha... Lots of toppings, but the crust is way too thin & is burnt. Popular with Cal-Poly kids. Not for serious Pizza lovers. Mass produced by teens. Toppings but not "Pizza". NOT FOR FORMER NYers!!! Sorry!"]

I was pleasantly surprised at the value of this place. I got the half pizza + salad special (one could get 4 garlic pesto dough knots instead of a salad), and it was only about $8.45 or so. There was a choice of 4 salads. I chose the one with the apples, feta, dried cranberries, pepitas, and greens. It tasted delicious and fresh, however there were way too many cranberries, i.e sugar, so I picked around them and left a bunch uneaten. The half pizza tasted great, and I really liked the crispy thin crust. With the special one could get anything they wanted on their pizza, and there was a large selection of toppings. One thing that was terribly disappointing was that they could have put the salad on the pizza pan (it wasn't hot), since it was only a half pizza. Instead they served it in a plastic take out container complete with a lid even though I was dining in. I hated all that plastic! If the management and/or owner reads this please consider reducing your plastic. There's no reason you can't serve the salad right next to the 1/2 pizza on the pan. There was plenty of space!

Blaze is great if you go when it is not busy. Otherwise, the pizza's come out burnt, the line is slow and place is a mess. But for 8.00 you get a 12 inch personalized pizza with as much toppings as you can coax the employees into giving you. It is also a hit or miss weather they have the toppings you want. I went on Sunday and no chopped tomatoes, time before that, out of pesto sauce. The time before that my husbands pizza came out burnt. When he took it back to complain they made a big deal about remaking his pizza and told him he would have to go to the back of the line. However, someone else stepped in and moved him to the make line and remade the pizza. It seems like they have a high staff turn over rate. Every time I've gone in there, there are tons of employees but no faces I recognize from the time before. They are now carrying a new soda, which I love, made with cane sugar. So if you can avoid the crowd, get a your pizza without getting it burned, for 8 bucks it's not to bad to sit out on the patio and get some sunshine.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Blaze Pizza, and I must say, it left an unforgettable impression on my taste buds. From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that set the stage for an exceptional dining experience.

What truly sets Blaze Pizza apart is their commitment to customization. The build-your-own concept allows you to be the artist of your own culinary masterpiece. Starting with a choice of fresh dough, you can create a personalized pizza with a wide range of toppings, sauces, and cheeses. Whether you're a fan of classic combinations or crave unique flavor combinations, Blaze Pizza has you covered.

The speed at which they craft their pizzas is truly remarkable. The friendly and efficient staff work together seamlessly to ensure that your pie is prepared to perfection in no time. Witnessing the oven's flames dancing around your creation is an enthralling sight, adding to the excitement of the dining experience.

Now, let's talk about the taste. Every bite of my Blaze Pizza creation was a symphony of flavors. The crust was light, crispy, and perfectly baked, providing a delightful foundation for the harmonious medley of toppings. The quality of the ingredients was evident, with fresh vegetables and savory meats delivering bursts of flavor with each mouthful.

The affordability of Blaze Pizza is yet another reason to celebrate. Offering high-quality, made-to-order pizzas at such reasonable prices is truly commendable. It's a refreshing reminder that exceptional dining experiences don't have to break the bank.

Additionally, Blaze Pizza's commitment to sustainability is praiseworthy. Their thoughtful approach to sourcing local and organic ingredients, as well as their eco-friendly packaging, reflects their dedication to both great food and a healthier planet.

In conclusion, Blaze Pizza is a haven for pizza lovers seeking a customizable, flavorful, and speedy dining experience. With its inviting atmosphere, exceptional taste, and commitment to sustainability, Blaze Pizza has undoubtedly earned its place as one of my top choices for a delicious and...
