I don't know what was going on last night, but the vibe was abysmal. Kenji the bartender snapped at my fiancee for trying to order a drink when he was right in front of us (like how dare she?). Him and the other male bartender were openly scoffing at customers and trash talking them behind their backs. He was also very rude to the wait staff. I understand having a bad day, but as someone who worked in the service industry don't take that out on the customers and leave...

We stopped in specifically for a drink and the pink champagne cake - neither disappointed. I had a pink cloud and my husband had a Latin heat. Drinks are reasonably priced especially for the experience of it all. The ambiance in the bar is one of a kind - pink and retro. Afterward we browsed in the gift shops and it literally felt like walking thru a museum. It is a unique experience....

We stopped here for the pink scenery. The bartender Nancy then wowed us with THE most authentic and delicious cocktails. The drinks were legitimately some of the best I have had. Super solid. Super fun. Great conversation and amazing atmosphere. While the hotel and decor are iconic, let’s be honest….Nancy is the true icon. She really is just a classic lady...
