I'm happy to say that I've had a really good first impression of this place. I went around to all of the different mattress stores today and looked at various models, but Larry pointed out a floor model that they were trying to get rid of. We were able to work out a solid deal, I'll update this review if anything changes but so far I'm quite pleased š
I really appreciate it when a salesman doesn't follow me around the store. I did a really good job of quickly explaining the differences between the models, and then leaving us alone to try them out. The place right before I was trying to try out some models on this guy came out and started insisting that I needed a pillow to properly try them out and to lay on each one for 5 minutes while he stood there. Lexie was very helpful in narrowing down some mattress options for me. She made recommendations based on my typical sleeping positions, any body pain that I deal with, and available options from different price ranges, as well as typical pros and cons from consumer feedback.
She did have a handful of other clients to assist at the same time, but made sure to check back with me regularly to answer more questions.
