Disappointing Experience at Twin Peaks I recently went at Twin Peaks and wanted to share some feedback in hopes of improving future visits. - Timeline of Service: - 8:30 PM: We were seated. - 8:45 PM: Placed our order. - 9:00 PM: Received our drinks. - 9:15 PM: Food was served. - 9:15 PM: Requested drink refills. - Waited 15 minutes for refills to arrive. - Staff Coordination: - Our experience involved multiple servers: - One took our orders. - Another delivered the drinks. - A third brought the food. - This possibly led tp delays in service. - Staff Behavior: - Upon leaving, we noticed five servers at the entrance booth socializing rather than assisting customers. - Our server appeared extremely stressed and overwhelmed, seeming in need of support. - Management Concerns: - The lack of coordination among staff suggests issues with management oversight. It was concerning to see some staff disengaged while others were struggling. Overall, the experience was disappointing due to service delays and apparent management issues. I hope this feedback can help improve the service at Twin Peaks for future guests.

Came here on a Wednesday for lunch. It was not busy in there. I ordered an appetizer, Thai ribs and a chicken Cobb salad at the same time. I asked them to bring out whatever was ready first. So, 20 minutes after the order, they told me they ran out of the ribs. Okay, not an issue. I substituted the ribs for fried pickles. It took an additional 15 minutes to bring out the fried pickles. That’s fine. It tasted okay. My salad came out 50 minutes after my initial order. At this point, I still don’t have silverware. The manager came over to smooth things over and told me they gave me 50% off the salad. That was nice of him. I asked him if he could also give me the crumbled blue cheese for my Cobb salad. He looked over my salad to verify I had not received any and said, ā€œyes.ā€ The salad was okay. The blue cheese crumbs lacked flavor though. I didn’t expect a discount. I did appreciate the attempt to make it right. I’m not sure I would come back.

We came out for the Veterans Day lunch, food and drinks were actually really good šŸ‘ Big shout-out to the kitchen and bar because that house beer was cold šŸŗ and my Lemon Drop martini was perfect šŸ‹šŸø Now the service… whew šŸ˜… We were there for about an hour and a half, and it took almost 40 minutes before our server came to take our order. The place wasn’t even that busy! I’ve seen it way more packed. Thankfully, the food came out in like 9 minutes once we ordered (kitchen deserves a raise šŸ™Œ). But our server? Checked on another table three times before ever stopping by ours. Then forgot to remove the Veterans Day meal from the check 😩 And Twin Peaks, please update your menu!!! if it says ā€œ$1 off cocktails,ā€ don’t hide behind the ā€œspecialty cocktails don’t countā€ rule!!! Food āœ… Drinks āœ… Service āŒ (we’ll call it a patience test lol)

Had an awful experience at this establishment. Hannah was our waitress There was a fight showing on the TV’s so it was very packed house. I sat with a group asked if they had Rose and the waitress checked for me. My friends at the table were already enjoying themselves with beverages. When she came back I thanked her and carried on to let them know the check splitting situation in hoping that may help from any future confusion. a man at the bar started offering my friends drinks. It was a fun time and they definitely got loud and hyped up for the fight. But still never said anything mean or disrespectful to Hannah at all.I would have stepped in as I don’t like bullying at all.

Suddenly I realized 45 minutes and no sign of the waitress. I assumed she got busy as the place was still packed. Then when my friend flagged her down she told them that the manager was getting involved. I looked around and all the waitresses were staring at my table. I assumed it was because my friends were getting loud. I still sat there clueless and finally the manager comes and starts talking to the other side of the table about what the waitress was saying about us. Being rude and mean and all sorts of things. I’ll admit they got hyped up and loud and asked for a lot of beverages but not once did I see or hear them be mean.

After the manager had to figure out that the check never got split at the beginning and had to step in. And then cut off the table. I still at this time was on the other side of the table just confused but accepting that it was time to probably finish watching the fight so we can leave.

After the manager settled the check he then walked over to my side of the table and told me that the waitress Hannah had said I was recording the girls? This is finally where I hit a limit and spoke to him saying that if he was referring to my Insta posts of my friends that I’m allowed to do that. I was not filming girls? I was very confused on why they would accuse me of that. I spoke with him letting him know I was feeling very offended and disrespected as I had been not involved in any of the conflict that whole night. On top of the fact that still I wasnt even mad until he went out of his way to now make me apart of whatever problem he was having with the table. I told him that I was going to leave because this wasn’t okay. I got my things and left the table then on my way out the door the waitress all started clapping?! Like somewhere in this I did something wrong to them. I even said on my way out ā€œwhat did I do to yall?ā€ They all looked away… this was horrible. If I can break down the night in a way that makes sense especially because half my side of the table were sober people. What I’m assuming happened was:

Hannah didn’t know how to handle cutting off my friends on the other side of table so she then proceeded to go to the back and talk about our table to anyone that would listen. Then went MIA because she didn’t want to deal with it or didn’t know how. Rowdy situations call for a direct and respectful approach especially when alcohol is involved. Then when she was approached by ā€œthe problemā€ decided to pass to the manager which by then I’m assuming was filled in with some true on loud and rowdy behavior but some very over dramatized information and flat out lies. Which then lead to the fact that the check had never been split accurately and the manager having to take on her task.I still can’t figure why she told them I was recording her because I was one of the few people at the table that wasn’t having a problem with anyone? The clapping then looked super foolish as whatever info they received about me recording anyone was wrong. I even looked back in my insta and the people captured in my video is my friends and our glasses.

Hannah and manager of this place please do better about learning how to handle these situations. And if one person is being rowdy at a table do not start harassing everyone. I will be calling corporate today. Getting bullied on my way out for a false accusation was...

During my recent visit to Twin Peaks in San Marcos, I had the pleasure of being served by an outstanding waitress. Caitlin her attentive and friendly demeanor significantly enhanced my dining experience. Caitlin greeted us with a warm smile, promptly took our orders, and ensured that our drinks were always filled. Caitlin’s knowledge of the menu was impressive, and Caitlin provided excellent recommendations when we were undecided about what to order.

Throughout the meal, Caitlin checked in on us regularly to ensure that everything was to our satisfaction. Caitlin’s professionalism and efficiency were truly commendable, and it was evident that Caitlin takes pride in delivering exceptional service to her customers. I was particularly impressed by her ability to multitask and attend to all her tables with such grace and attentiveness.

Overall, my experience at Twin Peaks was made all the more enjoyable thanks to the exceptional service provided by our waitress. Her dedication to her role did not go unnoticed, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience. Caitlin is a true asset to the restaurant and exemplifies the qualities of a...

The United States women's soccer team was playing for a championship and the manager Javier had no idea or did not care. We had a party of 12 people there. We were celebrating my sister's birthday and watching the women's soccer game championship (She believes). We did have some drinks and we ordered over $200 of food. And still like that the manager thought that we had too much alcohol for our table. So we had to watch the end of the game without able to drink any more alcohol. He never came to talk to us or explain to us why. We did not make a big deal about it but we do feel like it took some of our waitresses tips from her I know it wasn't her fault but the manager should have really looked at how much food was ordered and how many Waters everybody was drinking. Everybody was drinking and responsible. It would have been really nice to be able to listen to the women's soccer team live. But Javier the manager had no idea that the game was even on. He really lost a lot of sales for that day. Between all of us we spent over $600 there. But will not be going back there to see any more sports events....
