San Marcos Truck Stop — Local services in San Marcos

I'm giving this stop a one star because, I'm a truck driver, and I stopped here at 8pm. It wasn't until 10pm when I am laying down on the brink of going to sleep I get a loud bang on the cab of my truck, it's the owner telling me now that I have to pay to park here.. No sign, or anything that tells drivers they have to pay to park. Instead he waits until it's 10 at night when drivers are winding down or even sleeping he tells them pay or leave, knowing that if they leave there's probably no parking at any of the other truck stops. Put up sign don't wake people up when you decide it's convenient for you!!! Trust me as a driver we don't mind paying if we have to, but the audacity to wait until we have no other choice that just makes you a horrible person, don't be a trickster to us drivers,...

Truck Parking is dirt but alright ! $10 fee even though whatever you purchase inside store ! Old Pakistani Guy Knock in my door at 5 am for fee ! I was mad cause was in deep sleep and told him I will come to store to pay after few hours before I leave ! And I went to the store but old guy already left probably his shift over ! I asked him with a cashier too to pay him but he is not there so I guess no fee !!

Suggestions: it’s always better to ask for fee (that’s okey to have fee cause it’s your property I guess ) before 9 pm or after 7 am ( not that early...

I went here to fill up my tire. Paid one dollar for the machine and even though it was running at drained air out of my tire. I went inside to tell them and they said that it is not their machine and not their problem. I told them they should put a sign on it that says it does not work and they said that was not their problem since they don't own the machine. I guess you can consider this my sign saying their equipment does not work. I was going to get a couple coffee anyway but once I took a look around at the lack of cleanliness I did not feel safe even...
