everbowl — Restaurant in San Marcos

I’ve ordered or attempted to order delivery from Everbowl in San Marcos three times. The first time I ordered through DoorDash and my order was canceled shortly before closing time. DoorDash stated that two different drivers were sent to the establishment and the business was closed. This was after receiving a confirmation from the establishment that my order was received. The second time I ordered through DoorDash and delivery was as expected. The third time, tonight, I placed an order at 7:10 PM for three bowls to be delivered. I received confirmation the establishment had received my order. Three different DoorDash drivers went to the establishment and it was closed. Their operating hours state they are open until 8 PM. I called the establishment several times over a period of 45 minutes, which was still before their 8 PM closing time and nobody answered. I then received a cancellation of my order from DoorDash stating the store was already closed for the night. What a complete disappointment and let down. Management needs to know that whomever is responsible for closing is doing it at least 45 minutes to an hour prior to their stated closing time of 8 PM. I guess it’s time to find another place. Ordered from Uber eats paid $18 for a large bowl and $14 for a medium spent about $35 (because of tax and delivery fee) I don't know why the prices are different on the Uber eats app compared to in-store but I guess that's besides the point... So my Large bowl has about almost an inch of empty space in the cup.... Why doesn't it get filled to the top ? I'm a bit irritated I just spent $18 for this and it's not even full.... I understand the cost of everything has gone up but so have your prices... At least fill it to the top... I don't think that's too much to ask. I still really enjoy the bowls they are AMAZING.... HONESTLY!! but won't be going back. Not if this is what I get for spending $18...

I never understood managements' decision to hire children or adults who act like children who don't want to work and expect more money plus ask for tip. Blows my mind.

7pm. Zero Customers. Girl sitting on her a** on her phone not doing a darn thing and rushing me like she got things to do. Cutting the prompt as I was placing my phone number, but gave me no chance.

But I don't blame her. I blame management. You need some better judgement...
