Firehouse Subs Stone Creek Crossing — Restaurant in San Marcos

Came in today like always sat down they brought our order and of course it was wrong. It's a very simple small sandwich white bread regular mustard lettuce tomato extra tomato onion bell peppers and avocado not a hard sandwich at all they put mayo cooked bell peppers cooked onions what the hell so I took my sandwich back they took 7 minutes o I got up and saw a tall dark young man grabbing the avocado from my old sandwich and put it on my new sandwich with all the mayo still on them and put the new top of bread on the old sandwich what kind of service is that!!!!!!!!! I asked for a manager and it took Erika Pierce the manager 10 min to come talk to use at our table. She said sorry they make managers work as well I had 10 orders after your . I said never mind your to busy. She wasn't going to fix anything from the looks....

First off I don't leave reviews but this one deserves one. The owner of this Firehouse is a rude, impolite, and a cocky woman who thinks she can give attitude lessons to her staff "your parents should have taught you that" is one comment I heard her say. But that isn't why I am leaving one star. The reason is because my trucks battery so happens to die in her parking lot and since they had nobody in there restaurant I figured let me ask one of the employees if they can give me a quick jump. After going inside and asking, she told her employees "Don't worry about them" so I made my way back to my truck. However 5 minutes later she comes out jumps in her pretty little porsche and drives off. For the attitude and for her dis respect deserves the one star. But it's okay her staff gave me...

We were very disappointed as to how dirty the store was today. We were the only 2 customers. 4 staff behind the counter and one on break filling his vape pen while eating. No clean tables, cups and trays from prior customers not cleaned up. The drink machine was very dirty with different colors of beverages sprayed everywhere. It spits ice out onto the floor of which there was water and shoe prints everywhere on the floor beneath the machine. Our food wasn't as good as usual as it was overheated causing the meat to be crispy on the outside and the bread a little tough. Let alone our specific requests were on the wrong sandwiches. I hope this was just an off day as we dine 3 to 4 times a month. I would hate to see this place if it was busy! Probably will think twice next time...
