I had a terrible experience at Chipotle recently, and it was enough to ensure I’ll never eat there again. The service was disorganized and dismissive. I ordered a chicken bowl but was given a very small portion. When I asked how long it would take to cook more chicken, the employee had no answer. Instead, she said they were out and needed to save what little they had for other customers—this made no sense. I asked if I could substitute another meat to make up the portion, and she agreed, but I was given just six small pieces of the pricier meat and charged extra for it. They had no clue who I was! I didn’t even ask if they knew me I wanted to be a regular customer. They don’t even realize who they are serving but it was great for me because the service was horrible!! I will be sharing. Heaven forbid you are with someone or LGBTQ+ they literally insist you are separate like I told you 3 times!! I said two drinks & they didn’t get that had to pay separately, said one chip and ring is up for two. Everyone needs to be fired & needs to have gloves and hair nets on!

Read moreI am giving one star because of poor service, not because the food was bad. I stopped in here to pick up some food per the request of a very particular vegan friend. I have lived in Europe for over a decade and I do not eat at Chipotle. I may have been in a Chipotle 12-15 years ago but I don’t know what their menu is all about. The young man preparing the food was nice and was answering some questions that I had. Then this young woman comes over and takes over, as if to tell me to hurry up. I asked her a few questions and instead of answering them politely she told me to stop pointing over the glass. Ok, fair enough but she didn’t answer my questions. I asked if the spicy salsa had a smokey flavor and she didn’t answer, just slopped it on my rice bowl. I the asked the cashier if she was a manager and he said yes!!She is a manager and treated me like I had no right to ask questions about the food. I then go to the mobile order area, let the guy know I'm waiting for my order, with the expectation it'll be made next. The guy making the food gets the paper for my order, then proceeds to place it aside, so he can serve the 3 people that came in after me. What restaurant pushes aside the current customer, to serve the 3 people that came in after me? Is it racism, as I'm white, the people behind the counter were brown, and the customers who came in were brown? Is it sexism, as I'm a male, and the 3 customers were women? Is it just that they don't like me, or don't value my business? I even left a tip, the 3 customers after me didn't leave one, and this is the service I can expect?
