I absolutely love Homegoods . The management two women I have to say are amazing And they treat their employees wonderfully I am have been a home and a condo I have recently been at home goods about 3 times a week I am a designer and I know what I need. So I’ve easily spent over $6000 since The death of a family member and am remodeling it completely No here comes my unfortunate complaint if I try to return an items d stll have receipt but the tag is off such as two couch pillows They would not only give me a refund but z should get at least a store credit I am not sure why...

Horrible customer service. Tried to buy a few items marked discount and couldn't believe the prices! I was so thrilled, but come to find as I'm being rung out by some lady who immediately tried to up sell me with their dumb credit card that the items were marked incorrectly? Couldn't you just give me the discounted price from the start? Telling me IM wrong and I could buy at full price? It's not my problem you can't price your items accordingly. I had no idea. Such a shame, won't be returning to that junk of a place ever again! Beware of the stingy...

I was shopping for a mirror with my husband. Jan was so incredibly helpful and kind. We found the perfect hollwood style mirror with Jan’s help.
