Panda Express — Restaurant in San Rafael

This Panda Express is situated at the mall in San Rafael but not inside the mall it faces towards the parking lot. They are set up for social distancing/virus protection. They have the standard 6ft apart lines on the ground. When it's your turn to order there is one person to help you, they have a condensed list of dishes available apparently the top favorites orange chicken at the top of the list I'm sure, but they had my favorite chicken teriyaki but were out of spring rolls. The guy who helped me was very proficient at the changes to his job , was helpful and professional. The portions were very good sized and the quality of the food was great. I was stoked that they were open and after eating from burger places when I'm too tired to cook I had been craving Panda Express. So thanks for how hard I'm sure you guys are working I for one appreciate it and will be back...

No Star's. I will never go back to this panda. The chow main noodles tasted like plastic. The egg roll tasted like dish soap. Quality is funky from just years ago. How people continue to eat this food is weird. They only stock the favorites dishes, so the others ones you may choose have been setting there for hours. I think they do that on purpose to force people to take the option that is cost effective. Then when you actually ask the manager to make a new one or fix the issue, they want to argue and snicker with the rest of the employee's. ALL BAD!! Good luck if your white. Watched this woman load up one box for a customer that was easily 4 orders however, they gave me less than the normal amount in mine....

I used to come here all the time sometimes 3 or 4 nights a week,but now I wont be coming back for a few months or see some changes.

For 1 night they were very short staffed and had no chow mein at 4pm... I asked to confirm they weren't making anymore and they said no I decided to not go with the poorly cooked fried rice and decided to come back another day. I come in the next night and again no chow mein around 7pm. I still decide to get food but this time the rice definitely upset my stomach.

Long story short, they used to run the place well but...
