Like any large corporate shopping center, it comes and it goes depends on the individual staff and the individual stores and current suppliers. Sometimes people parking are nice sometimes they're horrible You probably don't want to go there during the school year right after school gets out. Does CVS is always on the verge of closing down in their hours keep changing. Black Bear diner may not be as good as it used to be but still decent in the staff is nice. The hole in the wall pizza place still has amazingly good hole in the wall pizza even though it's crappy hole in the wall pizza. Even armed with modern nutrition knowledge the grease content doesn't seem to dissuade me from wanting to eat their pizza,, in fact it's a godsend for my picky eater of a daughter when she gets grumpy while shopping. And staff at Michaels are almost always incredibly nice and Itheymaintain a decent, if overpriced,, stock. Plus there is a newHabit, and they're still consistently decent if you need some...

Michael's was having trouble connecting peoples loyalty accounts to the transaction. Which meant they were sorry but actually having the manager take over and hand enter our discounts was too much to ask. He entered my rewards cash then walked away and ignored the cashier asking him to come back to correctly enter my 30 percent discount by hand. After watching him listen to the radio and not return to finish helping his cashier, I took my hundred dollar order. Which is small compared to my regular purchases and said , please have your manager put these things back. I see no reason to spend an extra 40 dollars because he is lazy. So sad People dont care about the customer - company relationships sometimes. They should remember. Our purchases pay their salaries. No ourchase.. no need for employees.. not...

Mega mall; this is a large sprawling interior mall with all the big name stores and a few specialty shops as well as a big cinema with over 8 screens and a large selection of different food retailers and snack counters. The campus is well maintained and the atmosphere is decent. The security isn't oppressive and yet seems to do a good job of keeping the peace. I don't have any complaints about...
