First off the people who work there can’t answer the phone properly to save their lives. I called 9 times at least but they hung up on me or simply put me on hold and then hung up on me. They requested I say my address multiple times and they would say, not ask “NO, your street name” after a little bit of that back and forth they just asked over and over if it was main street. To clarify a bit my street starts with a d and the second word starts with a w. When that didn’t work they would then say no, the cross road and when I would say what my cross road was they would ask again. I understand if they didn’t understand the first few times but after that many times it’s not really acceptable. I don’t know if they don’t speak english completely or something but if you can’t speak both then you simply shouldn’t work there. As you can tell from my gmail dominos has been my favorite pizza place since my early teens even before I even knew how to write it properly hence the random e. I haven’t ordered from here in a year or two but from the other reviews the people simply don’t know how to do their jobs anymore. It’s pretty annoying since I loved everything about dominos but now it’s a big ol bruh moment trying to even contact them. I couldn’t even say my order. I just wanted some pizza for that nostalgia but from my observations they need to get new employees or just shut down at this point. Dominos is one of the top 5’s but the fact that this one isn’t even a 4 star should speak volumes. Well there’e my rant, take my words with a grain of salt...
Read moreAs an old school liberal, all about supporting small local businesses, I had some initial hesitation when it came to Domino's. But this is a far cry from the cardboard corporate Domino's of the past. The food is consistently pretty fantastic... Granted, they no longer provide red pepper or parmesan free of charge, and you have to ask for napkins. Quality of the delivery drivers may vary. On the other hand, a lot of the staff are wonderful! They're real human beings, working on the front lines of customer contact during the pandemic, and still going above and beyond. They're fast and efficient, they know their product inside and out, and consistently deliver it hot and delicious! Try the jalapeno and bacon cheezy bread, ask for extra sauces, and tip generously, because these folks really deserve it, and we want them to be able to keep working and bringing us Pizza...
Read moreHonestly, this place does not even deserve the ONE star. Ordered a pizza, it was soggy in the center and burnt around the outside. Driver wandered around apartment complex bothering neighbors, even though apartment number was provided. Manager was rude and unprofessional, people on phone cannot understand basic English. Complained about pizza condition and the replacement sent was actually WORSE and under-cooked and hella greasy. When I opened the replacement pizza box, my first impression was somebody threw up in it. Then, I realized that the pizza was literally thrown in the box and sent out of the store. Since the pizza had meat on it, I thought my dog would eat it, but NOPE!! WOW!!! From now on, frozen pizza will be our desire. The place should be shut down!! Too bad Shakey's Pizza Parlor was not...
