My friend and I went to eat here a day ago and he paid with a 100 dollar bill, the front desk manager said it was fake and said she called the cops on us and made a huge scene in front of other customers making us look bad so my friend went to the bank after the incident and the bank tests the bill and it was 100% (no pun intended) real according to the bank teller after he tested it so we go back to confront the manager for how rude we were treated, when we first got there no one could speak English besides one person and the manager when asked her name she refused to tell me (was not wearing any name tag) the manager could barely speak English either and was saying You call the police like 5 times untill I told her "what are you talking about I'm reporting you to corporate not the police" then she said that she is calling the police on us for "harassment" because I made it clear that I was going to report her to her boss and that made her flip out then we left that's my story also the bathrooms there are disgusting the food is mediocre even compared to Mc Donald's standards the staff is very rude to customers and most can't speak a word of English update after talking to a friend who used to work there the name of the manager who refused to give her...

Well, let me start by saying, this place is so well run there’s nothing wrong with it. This place is simply very operationally well run.
Service is GREAT. They hire good/right people. Courteous, takes their time, and very enthusiastic. Food is, food. Taste the same. But everything so well run and structured, and you can tell by how clean everything is in this place. Cleanliness. Food stations, counters, bathrooms, playgrounds. It’s shocking how often I see people (as often as I am there) doing thorough inspections and cleaning each thing, making repairs on daily/weekly basis. Convenience / efficiency - Drive through or inside, they are so efficient there’s usually no wait. And you never have to remind them to give you napkins, straws, sauce and etc.

I specifically asked for them extra crispy and they came out soggy, had to take them back in and get new ones. I also ordered a big Mac, but asked for it to be lettuce wrapped, and with extra pickles and no onions. I checked that after I returned the fries, and they just slapped the burger on top of some lettuce without wrapping it, AND it had onions and NO extra pickles!! They got everything wrong!! I gave them back the sandwich and told them I just wanted a refund. What really tops the cake, is that the manager VERONICA could appear to care less. I told her they had lousy customer service. She didn't even apologize until after I asked her if she had anything to say, and it was completely insincere. Going to try and find upper management or owner to let them know how they are running this place. I checked the reviews after my experience and noticed they have several bad comments.
