I was a regular customer, but after many fiasco’s at this location, I stopped ordering here. Today, after a long time, I decided to order here again and I got severely disappointed. When I arrived at the register, there was nobody there for a few minutes because the staff was outside re-arranging the patio furniture. Once they were done with that, one of the guys ran into the kitchen and grabbed the pizza in a rush. So much of a rush that he did not wash his hands after handling patio furniture, unless he washed his hands within 1 second, which I’m sure is not possible nor compliant with food safety codes.
Eventually, I got my pizza and at home I saw a burnt pizza. This explains why the employee skipped washing hands, he must’ve realized that the pizza was still in the oven.
This is not the first time that this location has dropped the ball when it comes to product and service quality. Wrong orders, burnt pizzas and a manager or employee (lady by the name of Fariba) who likes to argue over the phone about black pizzas, claiming that they are not burnt, then conveniently tells me that it is a mix-up and that they accidentally switched up orders, to finally start haggling about compensation.
Here’s an idea: train managers to be professional and competent so that employees will see and follow that same behavior. Does corporate have any quality control measures in...

I am sick and want to sleep but was listening in to make sure the delivery went through. The lady didn’t know how to input the address either. A man goes on the phone and is rude trying to cut me off and talk over me as I’m explaining to him I’ve ordered from here multiple times. He’s trying to say we are not in the delivery zone I’m trying to tell him I’ve ordered plenty of times OFF MY PHONE NUMBER AND EVEN FURTHER AWAY FROM MY NEIGHBORS & it is only 0.3miles away. He continues yelling I tell him to not yell at me. I said clearly this is too difficult for you so I’ll order elsewhere (which I did Tandoori pizza in Blackhawk is better and closer anyways than pizza from down the hill). I think I know which woman it was that initially had issues because she helped me before she couldn’t comprehend basic responses and charged me for 3 ranch when I got none. They called me so many times to confirm, like they’re extremely unorganized and incompetent. Today, the day of the event, I called about something else and they told me the party room actually is $75 unless you have 40 or more people and even though they had told me that I had a reservation for the party room, I didn’t and they had only reserved a table for me. The man I spoke to on the phone was really rude and clearly didn’t care about the fact that they messed up and left me in the lurch.
