Starbucks — Restaurant in San Ramon

I just want to share how customer service at this location is going above and beyond! I came here to get some drinks and have a quick breakfast with my husband, 2yr daughter and my mother. After ordering my drinks we had a seat inside and we started talking and during my conversation I said “ohh I forgot to order the new protein foam drink and I said I wanted to try it, well maybe next time” we keep talking and eating and 5-7 min later a team member came and bring me this drink I wanted to try saying “we heard you wanted to try this drink, we hope you like it”. Omg they did not know it, but this MADE MY WEEK! I go to Starbucks everyday and I normally go to the Dublin locations because I live in Dublin. But the customer service has never been this way in this other locations. THANK YOU!!! And if there is something I can do for the team please let me know and I will! I like Starbucks it's all right but it's getting kind of old to me I don't know about you. I mean the coffee is great at all the Starbucks. This was the largest Starbucks I've ever been to or ever seen. This Starbucks is almost in Dublin. On the border of San Ramon and Dublin it's huge, giant great seating for eating outside when I say that I mean they have like these really extremely comfortable chairs with padding and all that which I really appreciate because I hate those metal chairs they put outside sometimes it just hurt my back too much these are nice really nice. If you like Starbucks you'll like this place that's for sure. It's in the middle of a really cool shopping center with lots of difference stores lots of variety. The last seven times I have driven thru this Starbucks 6 of my drinks have been wrong. I speak clearly and slowly so they get it right. I went today...again my drink wasn't right...I told the girl that 6 of my last seven drinks were wrong and she laughed. This was at 4:29. I tried to get her name and she closed the window on me. If I ask for a mocha I get white mocha...when I say with whip I get no whip.????? How difficult can this be??? This Starbucks obviously have employees that could care less about the customers. I buy 2 Starbucks a day...all I want is for my drink to be right. It's a little bit of an unconvinced for me but I'll go further to a Peet's where the employees are super into customer service.
