Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Sand Springs

This is about Church's in general. Horrible pricing. I went to pick up a snack for my wife & I. My wife just wanted a couple thighs & I thought I might get some tenders. Their menu Only shows meals which come with entree, side, biscuit & drink, sides alone, and jalapeños alone. So I ask how much it is for just a thigh. She had to go ask someone. $3.79. For a chicken thigh. But you can get a 2 piece meal for $6.59 which could come with 2 thighs. So I tell my wife on the phone and she says nevermind. So I say, I'll just take a 4 piece tenders, just the entree (the meal is 7.99 for entree, side, biscuit & drink). "We'll have your total at the window." So obviously I'm stuck with it because I didn't ask for the price first. But it can't be that bad just for 4 strips right? I get to the window: $6.52. Ok guys that's more than Chick Fil A. And 1/3 the quality. Yeah no. Not worth it unless you're getting a big box of bone in chicken with sides for a big group of people. Never go to Church's for a snack.

UPDATE I deliver Uber Eats sometimes, happened to pick up an order for this place… won’t make that mistake again. Sat in the drive thru for 30min total. They didn’t start making my stuff until I got to the window, and then they informed me that they didn’t have the pie that my customer ordered, rather than properly communicating thru Uber to my customer. I purchase a grande meal and ordered an hour before they closed which was plenty of time for them to cook fresh items and a complete my order. Without checking it first I took my food home then opened it to find everything was a quarter of what it was supposed to be all because they didn't want to make new food because they was closing in an hour. It was night shift a bigger guy and a girl. I had to go back the next morning or mid-afternoon to show pictures of what I received and the lady that was working was very kind and it was only her and one other guy working they were very busy and she fix the order from the night crew mess up. Turn the guy working was there an excellent with how busy they was. Very proud of those two. They just need to do something with that night crew that doesn't want to make food because they don't want to have to clean something that they cleaned an hour ahead of time which was not supposed to be done I'm probably going to corporate over the night crew they need to be replaced with somebody who is going to be for the company that they work for and sell what they can for the company...

I walked in and walked to the counter. I was the only one standing at the counter. There wasn't a line. There wasn't anyone in the drive-through. None of the employees acknowledged me, much less greeted me. Some customers in the store suggested I call out to get employees' attention. I said "Hello" to get the staff's attention, but the staff didn't hear or ignored me. One employee was on break and eating in the main area where customers ate. The employee explained she was on break. She couldn't be bothered to get other employees' attention to serve a customer.

I left without any acknowledgment from the staff members in the back then went to KFC to buy more than $30 worth of food for 3 people.

You'll get faster service at a sit-down fancy steak place. This place is such a disgrace that it hurts the Church's brand because ownership doesn't care enough to hire competent management. Management and staff don't care about doing their jobs or serving...
