I waited 45 minutes never received my food and was told I had to wait for a refund while people just coming in were served. After 20 minutes we mentioned to the staff how long it had been. One staff member apologized saying they were short staffed we said we understood. When we got there there were 3 people in the lobby and 4 cars in the drive thru. She even came out and lock the lobby at 1040 to catch up. Meanwhile they are calling out orders to the 3 people in the lobby that no one ordered. After another ten minutes we said we would just take a refund. We had somewhere to be but no worries. We were told only two people there could give a refund so she went to let the manager know. We asked again but even after the manger was informed we waited another 10 minutes. The excuse was that only the manager could do it and for some reason he was making food for people that were in the drive thru that had been waiting 10 minutes. Someone different finally came over telling us this and when I asked why people were being served before us when we had been there for 45 minutes locked in the lobby I didn't get a response. A staff member tryed to tell us that she would make our order next but our order had been next for a long time and we just wanted a refund. She told us we would have to wait then and walked off telling the manger not to make our order even though he clearly was not. Honestly it's almost like they were not in there right minds. I feel I was patient and reasonable and still was treated as if I was asking for the moon. I ended up leaving because of their rude behavior without a refund. I called and made a complaint. The owner followed up and apologized but I still had to wait days for a refund so I don't feel like it was made right. I use to go to this McDonald's regularly but never will again. I was blown away by how unreasonable and disrespectful most of the staff was aside from the original staff member I interacted with. Read moreI order on the app. A big Mac, filet-o-fish, deluxe quart pounder, 8 hamburgers, and a basket of fries. Got started eating fries right after hitting the main road, cold soggy and over salted. This is after getting to window and being parked for 10 mins at 810pm with no line. Got home to find filet-o-fish was at least cook 40 mins prior and bun was rock hard (not edible, some ones meal gone) big Mac cold and literally thrown together in box no way it was put together right. Everything else cold. Call, told that they would remake the fish but had to drive back and that's it. So someone did eat or watch every else eat and then get to eat. Then told I was living because food was fresh and hot when we got it.
WILL NEVER GIVE MONEY TO THIS MCD AGAIN! Contacting Corp over CS Attitude and poor food!
UPDATE: I have already have written a review, but since then, We recieved a call from someone in Management over the complaint to corp. We where told they would give us a few sandwich vaulchers and remake a Fish sandwich they messed up, when we get time to come in. We are overnight works so, we didn't go back until today. Well, we where told that they don't do this vouchers even though we got a call from someone in management that took our name down, that we only had 2 days to get the Fish sandwich from complaint and that we had to have the receipt then too, but after an argument they made just that. Now, we spent over 30 dollars the first time that most of it was uneatable. We get the the fish sandwich and again the bun is rock hard and the fish had to be cooked 30 to 45 mins before ordering, and this is at 430pm. We WILL NEVER EVEN WITH FREEEEEE FOOD COME BACK TO THIS MCDONALD'S!!!!!!!!!!! I dont know if we will ever eat at a MCDONALDS again. And, If we find out this Franchisee has any other restartants we will never eat...
Read moreDecent place, it’s fast food. But the one thing that’s been quite the annoyance is they’ve, as of late, have been locking the lobby during daytime shift. Whenever it’s breakfast time, the lobby is open. And I thought it could be due to Covid regulations or time management or something, but then yesterday as I found the inside to be locked again, it didn’t seem to be the case of any of those things. As I went back to my car, I saw a group of teenagers, probably out of school, it was around that time, walking to the lobby. And then I see a worker come out of the lobby holding the door just for them. I thought they probably are opening the door for workers to come in for their shift. Nope. By the time I went through the drive thru, I saw the group of kids with their own purchases walking back the way they came. So it seemed more like a friend that works there opened the lobby just for them. It’s just really annoying, especially whenever part of the day the lobby’s open, breakfast time, and then to see other people get special attention just because they know someone working at the time is a little frustrating. I even thought to ask the worker holding the door if the lobby was going to be open because they were holding the door literally right as I walked away to head to my car, but didn’t want to bother. And I usually go inside because sometimes I’ll ask for my food to be made fresh, and I don’t mind the wait. But I know others would if I went through the drive thru.
