Arby's — Restaurant in Sandpoint

I ordered once and as I looked in bag they forgot any sauces for my sandwiches so about5 min went by and they closed the lobby but drive thru was open I stood away from drive thru till all cars got there order and approached they would not open windows and completely ignored me holding my bag so I raised my voice enough to relay that they forgot my sauces and was amazed with 2 emp and manager looked right at me still got ignored I know walk up to drive thru policy is probably no walk thru for safety reasons but they could have set sauces out the door drivethru had 2 hrs left frustrated I did not go back for approx 6 months till last wensday and had 13$ and changed coming back from a 20 dollar bill and got 5 and 3-1$ bills instead of 10$ and 3 ones I returned the next day too let the young lady no but manage was standing in sight I made her aware and then spotting the young lady and talking low as to not embarrass or make any scenes told manager who rudely said I don't know what you expect me too do. I explained I just wanted her to make the very friendly young girl aware of the mistake. Both of Your manager need a lesson in accountability and good customer service the young girl did not even see me on my return the next day if manager would have ask her do you remember this guy last night and what he ordered and she check end of shift tills she could have comp- me a 🥪 or at least advised the otherwise very nice young lady too be more careful I went in to let the girl know and would have been very discreet and polite unlike the rude managers prob even kept my 5$ otherwise I hope you promote the young girl she could have scooled them on...

the customer service of this arbys shines over sandpoint as a pedestal to what customer service in fast food should be. the lady that took me and my mothers order was very polite and created good conversation while taking our order, and getting everything right about it. as we were walking to get seated, our food was already ready for us and the kind gentleman that gave us our food was very helpful as well. the resturaunt itself is maintened fairly well, i just believe customers leave their trash there so i don’t blame it on the workers. the place is very clean overall and it has a good atmosphere. i love the view you get to enjoy as you eat your food as well. sandpoint is a beautiful town and eating arbys and dozing off into the sunset with food all around me really boosts my seratonin levels. overall, this arbys is a...

My son and I were out running errands when the lunch hour passed us by. He wanted some fast food. I suggested ARBY'S. My son ordered a double beef sandwich with fries and I ordered a gyro and iced tea. Our orders were ready in a few minutes. The food was palatable and filling. We were on our way in about 30 minutes.

We ate inside. The dining area had recently been redecorated. The red vinyl booths were gone. But there was a large red panel in the ceiling. Recessed lighting showed an interesting mix of chairs and tables. Floors were ceramic tile and wood. Walls were faux barn wood and and faux ceramic tile.

The large historical photos of lumberjacks and their equipment were still on the walls, much to my amazement and pleasure.
