Absolute Worst customer service thanks to Susan (Asst. Manager)! Rude, Inconsiderate, Commanding, Stubborn, and Arrogant describes this managerial staff! Susan (Asst. Manager) welcomed us with, “what do you want?” when we first arrived and started our order (As if that wasn’t rude enough) when she consistently kept putting in the wrong... as I corrected our order never once did she apologize. Actually she gained a horrid attitude and as I corrected each incorrect order she typed she repeated “Is that it!” at least 3 times! When pulling to the window for a receipt she became extremely confrontational with statements of, “No I heard you the first time!” followed by “Do you want it or not, it’s getting late!” to which we canceled a majority of our order. Last a hen asking for a receipt she said, “You do not need it, if you don’t like it you can take it up with Debby (General Manager). To add insult to injury when waiting for our food the workers accidentally made a large instead of a medium mocha frappe to which Susan (Asst. Manager) said, “Oh no you don’t they only get a medium!” So the employees wasted some of the McFrappe and moved it to a medium size container. She never said have a good night or do you need anything else... nope instead she handed us our food, then gave us a dirty look and walked away from the window. Absolutely horrible experience! I will never be back and if they want to continue a better reputation, we’ll i hate to say it but... Susan is a cancer of McDonalds management and need to be released to fix the terrible...
Read moreI placed an order to go at the kiosk inside the restaurant and waited patiently for the food to arrive. Unfortunately after 30-40 minutes of waiting the food was still not available so I asked the employee behind the counter if she could help me, because my number was 712 and she was helping 799 and 800. Unfortunately she didn’t help me but she was really nice to the pushy and aggressive college students who were demanding extra French fries and extra soft drinks even though these items were not on their order forms. She would ask for their receipt but they would not give her the original receipt and kept pressuring her to give them free food that they didn’t pay for. It was really sad because when the clerk walked away the college kids would celebrate with each other by saying “I am learning, yeah”. I felt bad for the employee instead of focusing on filling orders for paid customers who have been waiting patiently for over half an hour she was giving away free food that was not on the customers ticket because they were pressuring her. After watching this circus and still not having any food from my order I had to demand a refund. This is really sad because I usually come here after a fun day at cedar point, but if you are going to ignore paying customers for college students who ordered one item and demand three or more than I need to take my business somewhere else. Read moreThe absolute worst dining experience of my life and I would recommend that no one ever go there and give them your money. I went in there while on vacation with my family for breakfast. Our total for five people was 50 dollars, which I can live with, but you'll see the significance later in the story. After ordering and paying for our food, we waited. And waited. And then waited. Two of us had sandwiches, two had pre rolled breakfast burritos and one had hot cakes with bacon. I think three hashbrowns and a variety of McCafe drinks. After 25 minutes I was given the hotcakes and burritos and was told the rest was coming right up. After five more minutes my drinks were half way finished and I was informed I only had to wait three more minutes for fresh hasbrowns. At this point I had had enough. I brought what food I had back and asked for a refund. As the manager was fumbling around trying to get my refund, his boss came out and asked him what the problem was and why I wanted a refund. His reply, "the order took a little long". A little long? I asked them if at their McDonald's, 35 minutes was only a LITTLE long. But the happy ending, we drove about two miles down the road to another McDonald's, ordered the same things and had our food in under five minutes. Best part, it only cost 31 dollars at that McDonald's, for the exact same order. This McDonald's here should be...
