I've been waiting to try this place, and I'm glad I did! Most places I eat, it's my wife and myself. We ordered the same thing and have very different opinions on it.

We both ordered the Nashville hot chicken wrap. I absolutely loved it. The heat was great, and the mac and cheese was cheesy and creamy. The pickles added a little acidity to cool down the wrap. I would eat this wrap again any day!! My wife, on the other hand, was about 4 bites into it, and it was way too hot for her. She stopped eating it after that. She also told me she didn't like the noodles for the mac and cheese. So different people, different views.

I'm a lobster bisque fan, so I ordered a cup of that as well. It was good but different. It's a roasted red pepper lobster bisque. It says spicy on the menu, but I didn't think it was. I'm glad I tried it. It had a very unique flavor. For me, the peppers just took over the flavor too much. It's still a good soup, though.

The service was great, the staff was very friendly. It's a small place with a few tables to sit and eat. I wish there would have been fountain drinks instead of cans, and that's my biggest downfall of the place.

I would definitely go back again. Their menu is full of different sandwiches. I can't wait to try a few more. So if you are in the area, give the place a shot. If you like a little heat, go with the Nashville hot chicken....

It's the little things. When I left a tip after ordering, the owner Benny's response was "thanks for tipping my people" -- not "tipping me" or even just a simple thanks. When he saw we were almost finished he came over and grabbed our trash for us, and engaged us a bit about where we were work / were staying (from out of town). I saw several people come in and get greeted by name. Besides the lovely and inviting atmosphere this charming place has, the food is wonderful and the prices are excellent for the quality they serve. Offered to deliver our next order right to the office or my hotel for only a buck (standard delivery charge), to help discourage people from thinking "delivery fee" covers the driver's tip. Overall this place exemplifies a small business run by someone who truly cares about both his employees and customers, and who was genuinely happy to make us delicious food. I had the Jive Turkey sandwich and Apple Pecan salad, and the only thing keeping me from ordering the same again is the dozen plus other menu items I need to try first. I travel regularly for work and only rarely do I stumble upon a true gem like Zuppaman, and I am very glad I did today. Thank you,...

This was my first time coming here, and I was not disappointed. The menu looks a little overwhelming at first, but they have handy little takeout menus on the counter that make it a lot easier to read. They have a decent kids menu, so you should be able to find something for even the picky little eaters. I had the pick 2 combo with which I got the soup and half sandwich. I had the chicken jalapeño popper soup and Nashville hot wrap, and both were very good. They do a very good job of packing a lot of flavor into their modest looking sandwiches and wraps. It has a laid-back diner-like atmosphere with two televisions over the counter to help keep the little ones entertained while everyone eats. The GM Devon waited on us at the counter and was extremely friendly, professional, and most of all patient while we all figured out what we wanted. He also brought our food right to our table and grabbed the trash when we were done. At right around $30 for my family of 3 to eat here, I was happy with both the food and the price. If you're looking for a good little sandwich shop, this place should definitely be at the top...

10/10 Me and my girlfriend stopped in on the way home from Michigan, we were starving and looking for something new. We were immediately greeted by the chef who recommended an amazing craft brewed soda from Indiana, ( cream soda was the bomb). We tried the wedding soup and lobster bisque. The lobster bisque was a 10/10 fresh rendition of the traditional bisque you get around Cleveland. The red pepper sauce complimented the large chunks of lobster. For our sandwiches I got Seth’s sammich. It was a panini style roast beef with a beautiful garlic spread and pickle slaw 😋. My girlfriend got the jive turkey wich had turkey, stuffing and a blush cranberry mayo. Outstanding work by the chef 👏👏
