This was the worst dining experience ever. The only reason they are getting a 1 star rating is because I can't give 0 stars. We were seated in the basement and it was so dark we couldn't read the menu. There were small lamps on our tables that didn't work and there was no overhead lighting. They said the batteries were dead in the lamps and did bring new lamps but they weren't very bright. We had to use the flashlights on our phones to read the menu. Our waitress was the worst waitress I have ever had. Her people skills were terrible. She never took our drink orders. She set water down on the table and walked away and when we asked her to take our drink order she said she was busy and would come back. She didn't. The water we did have she never refilled. She finally took our order, but it took 1 1/2 hours to get our food and they didn't bring one of the orders out. So we were almost done eating before she ever got her food. One of the people in our party asked after waiting for over an hour how much longer it would be and our waitress smarted off and said it would be out when it was ready that they were extremely busy. We had to get a manager to get our food. At the end of our meal we complained to the manager and then our waitresses behavior was even worse, to the point that she was literally throwing food. She threw the dessert at one of the ladies in our party. When something was said to her about her behavior she then proceeded to yell at my friend and told my friend "if you think you can do a better job then why don't you do my job". The manager was standing there the entire time watching and never stepped in to calm the situation or control his employee. It only escalated. It was a horrible place to eat. It is over priced and not very good. Save your money. McDonald's has better food and customer service...

As others have said the whole ring a doorbell to get in is a little weird but I guess it's a speakeasy vibe with bad execution. Let's make a list!
Took some time for the server but no biggie.
Ordered sparkling water and this seemed to be the first time the waitress had ever been asked as this had confused her, she checked with the bar tender and was able to be bring it out; without glasses. I had to ask separately for those.
Bottle of wine was brought to the table, not opened nor checked for spoilage or served. At least it was a twist off.
Salads were served on glass plates ala dinner style. Not a biggie but kind of messes with the vibe. And the water glasses were plastic, same ones as a diner.
Steaks were brought out, no steak knives; Had to request that.
As we were eating, we were asked if we were ready for takeout boxes; a fork and wine glass in hand.
Ordered a dessert to share. Entre plates and salad plates were removed once requested and dessert was served. They brought out dessert on one plate with one spoon; requested another plate and an additional spoon.
So, I am a little confused. The food itself was phenomenal. The pasta was impressive the steaks were great. Everything was extremely well priced. They have runners wearing shorts; not sure how they allow that.
They seem so close to a great speakeasy style restaurant; it was only the unprofessional service that made the evening...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy boyfriend and one of my friends went out of town to visit Cedar Point, after a long day at the park we were starving so decided to search for a restaurant. The Club popped up and I suggested we go and WOW were we glad that we did! Food was FANTASTIC, probably the best Alfredo Iāve ever had at a restaurant and thatās coming from someone who grew up on authentic Italian food. My boyfriend got a filet mignon and it was just as delicious. There was a man and a women who I would assume to be the owners, the woman was so sweet she greeted us and thanked us for coming in. The man personally came to our table and asked about how everything was, later on the woman came to our table and asked and thanked us again for coming. They seemed very genuine, which are the people I love giving business too. Plus, as I said before we arenāt from that area..and because I lacked knowledge on the dress code I literally went into this fine establishment in a normal tee, leggings, and crocs and while I was embarrassed not once did someone look at me odd or treat me any different than those decked out in fine clothing and jewelry. Where we are from higher end restaurants can and will send you away if you are not dressed appropriately. 10/10 recommend. 10/10 will be visiting again. I will absolutely be telling anyone I know visiting up that way to stop in!! P.S. the quality of the food was fantastic, so I have no complaints...
