Surf’s Up Pizza — Restaurant in Sandwich

This place used to be great. I've been there quite a few times since the owners of graziella's took over. If there was something wrong the owner was always prepared to make it right, except as I ordered more food as time went on thinking maybe it would get better after their adjustment. It didn't I just ordered their steak tips and rice which used to be amazing and they came through as the worst throw away trim beef I've ever had. I thought possibly it was a fluke and I ordered another one same thing almost every single steak tip, which isn't an expensive piece of meat to begin with had a gigantic piece of cartilage right in the middle making only half of it edible. I'm not a food snob I don't expect amazing food from a pizza place but this place has gone downhill in a big way I will never go there again. And it's too bad they have great customer service and a great restaurant they need to buy quality...

My family and I have been eating here for years, back before it was even Surfs Up. Over the last few years, we've been eating here less and less. If they make the food correctly, it can be good. The last few times we've eaten from here, we have been plague with awful food, and even worse customer service. Won't be going back ever again.

After numerous awful attempts to eat here, we were given a credit to try them again. Reluctantly gave in and gave them another try. After a very rude phone call placing our order and trying to use our credit. Went to pick up our food, to find that the order had been deleted. No call back, or any other politeness about it. I gave 5 stars in all categories, and I know that sounds very debatable, but that's how I feel about Surf's Up Pizza. The new name and new menu and new employees have all combined to really step up every aspect of quality, portions, and taste. I think they have the best bar-style pizza in town and that says a lot for a small town with like 5 pizza shops. If I'm in the mood for a different kind of pizza I'll go somewhere else, but the pizza, pasta, and subs are Surfs Up are always fresh, great quality and great portions for a very fair price.
