I recently had the pleasure of trying the burgers and ribs from this food truck and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with the quality and flavor of the food.

Let's start with the burgers. They were juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The beef patty was thick and had a nice char on the outside, adding a delicious smoky flavor to each bite. The toppings were fresh and generous, and the brioche bun was soft and held everything together beautifully. It was truly a mouthwatering experience that left me craving for more.

Now, onto the ribs. These fall-off-the-bone tender ribs were a true delight. The meat was incredibly tender and flavorful. Or the attention to detail in making sure you order exactly what your taste buds desire? Maybe the finished product which exceeds your imagination on how good it's gonna be? BTW: I ordered the burger w/ the brisket on it...can't even remember the name but for now we'll call it absolutely delicious. Lastly...so many places cut corners when it comes to French fries...not here...the fries are GREAT too! OMG I forgot about the life changing honey lime pepper chicken wings (on Wednesdays you get 5 free w/ your chopped cheese sandwich). We’ve been ordering from Anna’s every Friday for years, so we were so happy to see they were continuing with a new food truck! Brisket and ribs are always perfectly cooked and tender. Mac & cheese, greens, beans and potato salad are all delicious. Cheeseburgers are juicy and fresh, they remind me of homemade burgers from cookouts with family. We also love the soul rolls with brisket and teriyaki sauce. And their service is outstanding!! Always updating on IG with their locations and hours, and work so hard to resolve any issues that may happen...
