Chili's Grill & Bar — Restaurant in Sandy Springs

My family has gone to this location multiple times over the last few months. After not going to Chilis for years. Each time, we we were engaged with quickly at the door and provided seating within a few minutes. That has been with a good amount of customers as well. The wait staff has been excellent, attentive to our table and great with our children. Food was served, quickly, but not too quickly where they just unfroze and place on your plate.

Those games on the tables for the Kids is great. The payment method at the table is user friendly and I think frees up time for the staff to focus on attending to the table requests outside of reconciling checks,

The pricing and portions have been a good I think in the 11-$13.00 price range for a fair amount of the dishes. I had gotten a burger with a Chilis "secret sauce, : that was great. The Honey Chipotle Chrispers(pictured. with ranch are great, good size a lot of flavor and like having corn on the cobb as a side option. I was impressed with the Carne Asada dish with rice and beans(pictured). All three of those components seasoned well. The cilantro-pesto with the pico was a great combination.

If I could give this place no stars I would! I came in for lunch with my nieces and dog. The hostess greeted us, saw my dog and immediately sat us down. We waited for at LEAST 10 minutes without a server coming to greet us. Just when I was about to see why the wait was so long an African guy I believe an assistant manager came out did not greet us but firmly said “no dogs allowed” and walked away. I was off put as I had been to other Chili’s and it was never an issue. He was on a leash quiet under the table, but since I was visiting from out of town I cooperated and put the dog in the car. When I came back I was surprised no one came back to take our order at that point we had sat there for about 15 MINUTES! At that point I was over the horrible service and time we had wasted. We should not have been seated and had to wait 10 minutes for someone to come over without greeting us or asking if we wanted to stay so we could have someone wait on us. After complaining about the bad service it took up at least 20 minutes. We ended up missing lunch because we had other things to do and that was very upsetting. Manager please talk to your staff the “assistant manager” had very bad mannerism and they need to let people know before seating that pets are not allowed as to not waste...

Hi, When my family & I went to this particular location of Chili's for dinner because it was a day before my oldest daughter's 13th birthday. She had picked the place to eat & we were all very much excited just as she was! However, we arrived before a family of (sorry to say this) white people came in & they were not only served before my family & I however, they also received way more napkins then we did. We noticed & we did not say anything because we did not want ANYTHING to happen to our food & drinks!! I had to apologize to my family especially, my oldest daughter. The servers in the dining area we sat in (some) noticed & did nothing about it. There's NO EXCUSE FOR BEING TREATED LIKE THAT! My family & I are not sure if we will be returning to this location or any other locations. THIS SHOULD NOT GO IGNORED! THIS SHOULD BE ADDRESSED IMMEDIATELY SO, THAT THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN TO ANY OTHER FAMILY/PEOPLE/ OF COLOR! This definitely needs to end. AND ANOTHER THING...
