This Hardees is a restaurant I had previously failed to pay much attention to. I viewed it as more of an obstacle one must steer around to get to Starbucks than any sort of actual destination. How wrong I was.

The entire meal was extremely pleasant, with a nicely curated playlist serenading our meal at what we both agreed was a near-perfect volume. The clean shiny interior of our Hardees nicely combines bold primary colors with beige tones that suggest comfort with the potential for surprising flavors.

I ordered the Frisco burger combo meal which was presented on buttered toast rather than your traditional hamburger bun, and it did not disappoint. The cheese selected by whoever prepared my sandwich was an excellent choice. The creamy mild white melded perfectly with the 23 flavors of my Dr. Pepper. The fries my burger was accompanied by were delicious, and I enjoyed having my pick of the 13 beverage options at the soda fountain when I went back for a post-meal refill.

I'm not sure if all Hardees offer the menu variety we've been blessed with as a result of them also offering "Red's Burrito" food, but my dining partner enjoyed the ability to order a taco with his 1/3rd pound Mushroom Swiss. Hardees doesn't pull any punches with its tastefully understated American/Hispanic decor, reflected in the "Welcome/Bienvenidos" sign on the front door. He found his burger to be delicious, with the mushroom and Swiss cheese pillars you come to expect strengthened by the presence of a flavorful brown gravy. He also regarded the fries as, in a word, "impressive".

All in all, Hardees turned out to be surprising. The unassuming building that had somehow escaped our attention turned out to be a neighborhood powerplant of flavor. We have plans to return, which is hardly surprising given the buy-one-get-one offer you're rewarded with for completing the survey on...

I used to come here every single morning before I’m off to work . They have really good biscuits. Every morning I use to get a blueberry biscuit, 1 chicken fillet and a coke . All was great . I started to get 1 blueberry biscuit, 1 sausage, 1 coke . One day a worker ask “do you just want me to put your sausage on your biscuit” I was surprised they would and said of”course”. That day forward I will just ask for a blueberry sausage biscuit and a coke and they would do it . 2 weeks later I pull in and ask for the same thing . The worker said “I’ll put your sausage on the side” . I said “No I’ll take it on there please” . She did it I went on . The next day I asked for the same she proceeded to tell me “we don’t put the sausage on the biscuit and will no longer do that for you . Everything in a separate container have a good day” I was a little taken back like wow why start something and not finish. It’s alright I just haven’t been back and don’t plan on going back ever . Need better...

This is a sneak breakfast place. For all the high falutin biscuits places around town, Hardee's cuts them at the knees. Don't get me wrong, this is a quick visit restaurant, so I only visit on the way to drop my child off at school, every now and again. We like it. Most places I visit for breakfast leave me disappointed and yearning for home. This location sets a different standard. My first take away is the service at this location is excellent. Each and every team member is kind and courteous. For full disclosure, I only order egg and cheese or bacon, egg and cheese biscuits. The biscuits are very well made, flaky and warm. The egg 🥚has a nice moist quality, which indicates it is not over cooked. Add melted cheese and it's a winner. For a quick breaky, you cannot go wrong with...

I bring my kids here for breakfast pretty regularly, and we all love it. The food is consistently great, and the staff is friendly and efficient. It’s one of the better Hardee’s around, no question. But during our last visit, someone was allowed to bring their dog inside the restaurant and sit down to eat—inside, not on a patio. This wasn’t a service animal, just a pet. And the staff allowed it. We don’t have a dog, and I don’t expect to see one next to us while we’re eating indoors. It’s unsanitary, inappropriate, and honestly just gross in a place where people are trying to eat. I was surprised and disappointed to see it happen. We’ll keep coming for the food and service, but I really hope management tightens up on basic health standards.
