I work in the same plaza as this Starbucks, this morning I went to get a coconut vanilla bean latte , when I got it they had made it with non fat milk instead of coconut milk 🤔 not sure why, then he remade it I get back to work it tastes as if my shots were dead ( I only know this from experience of working with Starbucks) so I go back to have them fix it once again , there’s a gentleman I hand my coffee too I tell him what it is and that my shots are dead and ask for it to be remade , he then gets an attitude and says “well what is this “ so I stated again what the drink is . He then sets my drink on the back counter while they continue to help everyone else I say there for 15 min while I waited for my drink to be remade. Then I hear is co worker ask him what it is and what’s wrong with the drink he tells him what the drink is and says “ she was complaining that the shots are dead , she probably doesn’t know what she’s talking about “ first of all being that I’m still in the store UNACCEPTABLE! I’m from Seattle where Starbucks is from , I have plenty of friends that are partners, and Starbucks in Seattle would NEVER treat customers so poorly I received my remade drink and it’s pretty much just coconut milk . I’m not gonna go back a third time today because I’m just over it. You should watch what you say about customers when they are still in the store NYK I believe is what your name tag said I could have very much been a corporate employee and I’m Sad that all Starbucks don’t treat their customers with respect . Read moreBe careful when purchasing merchandise such as cups from this location. I have spent a few hundred dollars at this location over the last couple of weeks buying cups for Christmas presents. I ended up buying 4 more cups then I needed so I went into the store this afternoon to return the unused cups as I had no need for them. A gentleman working there said he had to call his boss to see if it would be ok to return the 4 cups. The receipt I provided to him was within the 60 days. Starbucks return policy which is stated on their website is that you have 60 days to return an item for a full refund with the receipt. After waiting for about 10min the gentleman comes out of the back and said his boss said no that I could not return the cups!!!!!!!! I could not believe this!!!! All 3 of the staff working said that the 60 day return policy is not true. I told them it is on their website. I called Starbucks customer service number while standing there and the customer service representative said that I was correct and that they needed to refund me. Even with her on speaker phone telling the gentleman this he still would not refund my money!!! I will never be stepping foot into this location ever again. Keep up the great enthusiasm , pureness and Joyful spirit and every customer you encounter day will be as bright as mine . Oh gosh where do I begin. I’m new to the area and I did not know the system was down so I waited 30 minutes for an order that I apparently never went through at the right location . Instead of blowing me off and letting me sit in disappointment Allie was very adamant in helping me stay encouraged . She reassured me that things happen and she was not going to let me leave that counter without my order . She checked my online order receipt and begin to prepare my order with no problem ! She also instantly put herself in my shoes letting me know she wouldn’t want to drive around to locate my order she checked mileage and everything lol . My day was all about panic up until I was able to experience great customer service and I want her to know that her being great affects more than just the order it can carry on and brighten anyone’s day.
