Disappointing!!! If you want to be Penny-pinched this is the place for you. I usually donât leave bad reviews for family pended businesses- but thatâs because they treat their customers that way. We drove 45 minutes for special Falooda⌠at 8.99 you would think theyâd have the right ingredients! It was mostly milk, some noodles (that werenât the right Falooda noodles), some chia seeds (supposed to be basil seeds), some icecream and a lot of milk. No nuts, raisins, jelly cubes⌠I guess those things would cost too much and the reduce their 1000% profit margin. We ordered 2 Faloodas, one Mango Mastani and one scoop of icecream for my toddler. After I paid the exorbitant amount and added a $2 tip (I donât even know why!) I realised they had sprinkles and so I asked the woman at the counter if I I could have just some sprinkles on the icecream scoop for my toddler. To which she asked me if I had 35 CENTS IN CASH!! 35 CENTS!! For a sprinkle of sprinkles⌠IN CASH because she would have to pay a credit card fee if I used my card!! I checked my wallet for an embarrassing 5 minutes for 35 cents while she shamelessly stood there watching me. I didnât have any cash on me unfortunately and I told her that to which she shrugged in a âtoo bad so sadâ manner. The right thing to do wouldâve been to just sprinkle half a teaspoon especially seeing I paid a $2 tip for no reason. Everything was overpriced, did not taste authentic, and customer service...
Read moreI recommended this place to my friend and we went with our family to get falooda there. It was their first time so she tried a couple of icecream flavors since they gave out tasting samples (2 max) and was contemplating on getting a pint tub home. Since i had already recommended falooda she ordered it but the person serving the icecream (which I believe is the owner) rudely said to her that you tasted the pan ice cream but ordering the falooda instead. She got taken aback for a second. He did not stop there and started complaining to the woman at the counter as well while making the falooda. There is no rule set in stone that I should only order the ice cream that I have tasted and also if you believe that you are losing money by giving out 2 grams of your ice cream as samples, please take down the board that mentions about samples, no one is forcing you to hand them out. You cannot run your business by insulting your customers. Even though I like the falooda and ice creams, rest assured, I will never come back to this shop again and will never recommend it to my friends due to your unacceptable...
Read moreWe visited this place during our road trip with the family. I have heard about this place from a friend that went to a different location in Dallas. He had recommended this places if we were ever in Atlanta area. So decided to visit this place as we are all a huge fan of Indian flavors of ice cream. We were running a bit late and had called the place and requested them if they donât mind staying open past the closing time. The person Working said he will stay open for 5-7 minutes past the closing time. We arrived within the time frame and really appreciated that they stayed opened. We were large group of about 15 people and wanted to try many different flavors as possible. The quality of ice cream was great as itâs name âKawalityâ and great varieties of flavors to choose from. Some of the iconic flavors I was able to taste were Sita fal, tutu-fruity, butterscotch, pista and kesar malai kulfi and cassata. These were all great tasting flavors and definitely reminded me of India. I would like to contact the owner of this place to see if they are interested in expanding in Midwest. Great place...
