Haide was a great friendly server. Milagro Margarita was banging (no salt, bruised, 2 limes). Sol’s all day ! $4 a beer ?? I am grateful; when all these bars around the corner charge $6+ for the domestic. Don Julio 42 is $28. I’ll be back. Sits 55+ comfortably, 10 @ the bar & 45+ with tables. There were only 2 servers on @ night so it is quite & quaint, but I love small local hotspots like this. It’s a great size for my personality. I like how the bar is across from the kitchen so everything is laid out right when you walk in. The vegetable taco was a slam fest; unbelievably delicious, perfectly sliced, diced & sautéed. The pescado was a whole other world. It was simply amazing with avocado & crema drizzled. The flavors were great. It was simple food, but that’s sometimes the best ever. It was a unique pair; a terrific decision on my part ! I am glad I decided to stop in while I was waiting out the terrible storm on a Taco/Tequila Tuesday evening. Almost $4 a taco does seem sour, but it is crafted well & I enjoy the drinks/atmosphere so I don’t mind it @ all. *the kitchen does close around 45 minutes before closing, so please note that. However, everything else makes it a one stop Mexican shop for your cuisine craving ! Atmosphere: 8.5|10 Service: 8.5|10 Food: 9|10

I want to start off by saying our food was great until it wasn’t. I loved my entree and decided to order some dessert. I ordered the cake option they had and was so excited to try it because my other food was so delicious. Than when I looked at the cake there were green spots on it at first I thought maybe that’s just how the cake is because I’ve never had this type of cake. Until I looked closer and noticed it was MOLD on my cake! And also looked at other pictures of how the cake is just to confirm I wasn’t tripping. I also asked my mom and husband to make sure I was really seeing mold because first off why would you even serve me this it’s not like I even sliced into the cake it was on the outside. I instantly was disgusted and felt sick to my stomach because if they can serve me mold cake how do I even know the food I just ate didn’t have issues. I told my waiter and he just took the cake back didn’t say sorry nor no manager came over to address the issue. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!

Horrible Experience - Insulting - THEY INCREASED THE TIP AMOUNT AFTER I HAD SIGNED MY RECEIPT!!! Dishonest!

Several issues:

We showed up before 3:00 on a weekday. It wasn't busy, but it took quite a while for us to be seated. By the time we were seated, it was just after 3:00 and we were informed that the lunch menu wasn't available anymore. So we were given the much more expensive dinner menus, and the prices just weren't worth it for lunch. It seemed as though they were stalling us so they wouldn't have to give us the lunch prices. Completely unprofessional and goes against every rule of good hospitality and customer service.

So, I ordered one taco and a side of rice. The food was fine, the portions insanely small.

Got my bill - was not impressed with our experience, so I left a relatively small tip. Just checked my bank account this morning, and they changed/increased my tip amount!!! It's only $1.43 more than I paid, but I'm disputing it with my bank - how dishonest of them!!!

My wife's water was never refilled, even though the waitress came to the table and refilled everyone else's - she always missed my wife.

One positive item, hence the one star: the Chips and Salsa were really good. Nice spice and heat to it, but not overwhelming.

I will never come here again - and they lost the business of the other friends I was there with, as many of them also had unpleasant...

I have visited this location on pretty much a weekly basis for the past few months. Tonight I convinced a friend to join me for dinner. When we entered the restaurant they were very busy so we had a seat in the waiting area. The waitresses continued to come around us but never acknowledged us or asked to put our name on the wait list. After sitting for approximately 10 minutes another customer came into the restaurant. I was surprised when a waitress approached him and asked where he would like to be seated. She then explained to him that he would have to wait because we were in front of him. (Even though we were never acknowledged or spoken to it was obvious they knew we were there). We continued to sit and wait patiently and then a different waitress approached the other customer and asked how she could help him. At this point I feel like we are being completely ignored because two waitresses have now acknowledged and spoken to this customer and NO ONE still has acknowledged us. I spoke to the manager and all he said is we are busy. I understood they were busy but that did not explain the last of customer service, acknowledgement, or just common courtesy. I really hate to think that race was a factor in how we were treated but unfortunately I can think of no other reason. I am so...
