I like cannot even begin to explain how intensely I adore this place. It is so tasty all the ice cream. They have funnel cakes and snow cones 🍧 but even cooler they have the best snack candy selection on the side. OH and some bombbbbbb cookies!!!!!!!!!!!!! I bought 4 of the sugar cookie ones and they are sweeeetttt and wonderful and soft and taste like half cookie dough which is exactly how I love cookies to taste. I don’t know who came up with this cute shop but THANK you I cannot express how happy it made me!! The only suggestion I have is to like the store more with nostalgic and hard to find candies!! Because even though there were some I would flip if there were more shelves on the other side filled with candy as well!! I'm new to the area.. when shopping at Publix my daughter pointed this place out & asked if we could go.. so 2 days later I surprised her by taking her after school... when we entered it was very creepy, no one insight (mind you it was 3p) so we both said "hello", a young lady with a stank attitude came out the back.. we asked a few questions about the toppings & she acted like she couldn't be bothered. After charging me $25 dollars for 3 items she asked my daughter real rudely "what do you want?" referring to her ice cream flavor... while waiting on the other 2 items (funnel cakes 1 plain, 1 w/strawberries & whip cream) I asked how long it takes - she lied & said 2 minutes.. You already got my money, "you ain't gotta lie craaiiiig!!!!" we waited for 10 mins, then she came out with the containers and told me to "look at them" the funnel cake was ok nothing out the ordinary but the energy within them from the cook is unfulfilling & I won't be back. I'm surprised to receive this type of service in this neighborhood. what good does it do to have a good product if the service is...

Tonight, Sept 10th, around 8 p.m., I visited for the first time because I LOVE funnel cakes. The cake was good, but the service was the WORST!! A woman (only employee in the store) was talking to a man who she knew personally and she gave my family and me a very nasty look as soon as we walked in as if we were disturbing them. She did not welcome us at all, instead she hesitated to say hello after I politely said "hi, how are you doing?". After she rang up my order, she told me that there were not enough fries for 2 cheese fries order and informed of this with an abrasive tone and did not apologize at all. As she handed me the bags of food, she turned her head sideways (as if not to look at me) and, again, I initiated a "have a good night", and she reluctantly said, "you, too". I have encountered many rude people in my life, but this woman's spirit was the absolute worst!
