This by far is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. From recent reviews regarding unpleasant workers, workers giving unnecessary attitude when it wasn’t prompted by the customer, mobile orders not being ready, workers possessing a lack of care towards food/drink handling, and having things available on the online menu, but unavailable after paid for online aligns with my recent experience. This location is inefficient from the bottom to the top lacking basic necessities and training in customer service. On 6/15/2024, I placed a mobile order for the spinach and tomato sandwich and a blueberry muffin. When I arrived between 5:15-5:20 pm at the drive through, the woman said oh yeah, we wanted to tell you we don’t have the sandwich in stock, want to switch it out for another sandwich? The other ones available had meat and I explained to her I don’t eat meat. Then for some reason, her demeanor changed quickly as if I was making things difficult and was like well do you want a refund? And tried to rush me to make a decision. At this time, I was looking through the menu to see what was equivalent of the price of the sandwich I ordered to swipe it out because I was starving from not eating all day because of my strenuous work schedule today. I asked her can I swipe it out for cheese plate/box sense it’s the same price but can you please make sure it’s the one without nuts? From there, she just abandoned the drive through, and a man with a sassy aggressive tone took over and said it only has sesame seeds. Then I have no idea why, but I said great thank you, I will switch it out. But for some reason, he got sassy again and I couldn’t finish saying thank you like I wanted because I kept getting cut off. He just kept saying, ok fine, that’s fine, ok fine, that’s fine. It seemed as if I was causing a problem or inconvenience to them even though I was trying to be kind despite the situation but for some reason sassy attitudes were placed upon me for their mistake causing unnecessary drama they were escalating themselves. What makes things worse, I finally received my order and parked my car in the parking lot to eat. WELL nothing looked safe to eat in my opinion, the muffin was COLD as bricks not warmed up as asked, it was placed in a bag with brownish stands, I’m assuming maybe chocolate I hope that had dried was it and nothing beyond that because this location does seem a bit sketch. I’m not sure but it didn’t look like it came from the muffin because it wasn’t blue or purple to reflect blueberries that could of stained the bag. It also was a dry and crusty stain and not fresh/wet like it would be if it can from muffin unless, it was sitting in the bag for awhile and it was an old order they decided to give me. Either way, questionable and not appetizing to look at to want to easy. The cheese plate, had a lot liquid inside and the cheese and fruit looked like it has been through the same things and the cheese was smashed and crumbly, dented. I’m assuming, either poor handling and placement once it got to this location. Unfortunately, after a long day of work and doing a Customer service job myself with no food or water from the start to the beginning of the day, I wasted money at this location and went home hungry. To avoid further drama and sassy behavior at this location, I just called Starbucks customer service directly and filed a complaint and I will be getting refund. I recommend to not place mobile orders at this location, and perhaps check your food before heading out of the drive through window. Either this place needs new management or just close down. Timeliness: As I typically order coffee, I haven't experienced any notable issues with wait times.
I was puzzled by a recent short closure within the last 60 days. The posted sign suggested it was closed for an upgrade, but I was disappointed to find no significant changes, aside from electronic keypads added to restroom doors.
To my delight, this location has recently added more seating. My reason for writing this review today is my enthusiasm was dampened by the fact that both restrooms were out of service. Read moreI’ve always seen this Starbucks when I’ve stopped by my hair salon. It looks absolutely beautiful from the outside! Tonight I decided when I dropped my cousin off at the hair salon, I would go to Starbucks to do a few emails and grab my favorite, a chai tea latte. I had a plan to go inside, get a drink, and send four important emails that required my focus. And I was going to leave well before they close at 8 PM. Unfortunately when I arrived around 7 o’clock, the door was locked. When I pulled the door for a second time to make sure it was actually locked, the employee, standing at the counter, looked up and then went back to what they were doing.
Before making my way to the drive-through, I wanted to take a photo of the store for this post. You’ll see in my photo that another couple got out of their car and was also in the process of turning back around and walking away because the doors were still locked.
When I got to the drive-through, the person that helped me was very nice. However, once I tasted my chai tea latte, it was not very good. It makes me wonder if they rushed to make it and missed one of the necessary ingredients. I go to Starbucks pretty often, so I know exactly how it’s supposed to taste. This wasn’t it!
Maybe I’ll try again the next time I’m over here and it’s during the day and more than an hour before closing. However, I’m a little disappointed that I was unable to take care of everything I needed to while I waited...
