I came in and ordered a 10 pc nugget and large lemonade which came very fast. The lemonade almost had no sweetness. So I asked if they had sweetness levels or maybe if I could get another one. The light skin boy with braids said it’s the same lemonade they have everyday and walked away and never came back. Me and the lady who had just walked in sat there for about 5-8 min before anyone came back to the desk. Mind you there were 3 ppl cooking, prepping, and washing dishes. Plus another guy on the window and the one who helped me plus another girl who I think was supposed to be a manager. There was only 1 small order on their screen so they weren’t slammed. And even if there were orders most of the employees were just standing around except the one kid making burgers and another one cooking fries. I work at a restaurant so I know how to read ticket screen. It seems like all the employees were high off of something other than weed. As the boy at the window sat and stared at me, the light skin boy that took my order just floated around the back, I ask for a refund on the lemonade he says I don’t do that you have to ask her. She barely greeted me. Proceeded to take care of the 1 drive through order that had already been made. And essentially ignored me. So I just left the lemonade on the counter and walked out. I almost never complain at restaurants because most of my days are spent serving opening and closing a restaurant. But I work for tips and they get paid hourly. The least they can do is have customer service and assure quality food and drinks. Wendy’s in general needs to either raise wages so your workers can act like they are at work getting paid or have some type of company wide retraining on customer service. I don’t want them to kiss the ground I walk on, give away free food, I don’t care about refunds because I work hard for my money and nothing at Wendy’s is hurting my pockets. I just wanted a lemonade like I’ve had at Wendy’s for years that doesn’t taste like water with strawberry’s and lemon juice. Very sad experience. I’ve had better service at a corner taco burrito stand. Disappointed is an...
Read moreHad a long wait, time was about 2:15 on Thursday 20th. The speaker was not working good, so I had to keep saying your breaking up/I cant hear you. And another lady came in and begin to take my order and she seemed a little annoyed. So I proceeded to give her my order and at the end of my order I just asked her to repeat it back, because the screen shut off, she did so and I moved forward. However, when I got to the window I asked if I had done anything wrong, because she seemed a little annoyed? She said no," I heard you keep telling the other person that you couldn't hear them" so I cut in to take your order. I said, okay, but you seemed a little frazzled so I wanted to know if I did something wrong or if I offended anyone? She said no, I just heard you keep saying you can't hear anyone. Okay, I said once again, but did I do anything wrong, because the shortness in your tone implied otherwise? She then, replied know it was me, I was a little frustrated, but I apologize for responding like that. Now, here we have a scenario, that even though I was placing my order, and I knew how she was talking to me, my whole thought was I didn't know what she was dealing with!? So I didn't want to come at her with a mean-spirited tone, I didn't want to put her down, I didn't want her to feel like I was belittling her on her job! So what I'm getting at is customer service is always about helping the customer, but sometime as customers we need to help the ones serving us! so that they can always do a excellent job at the job they are doing! Take into mind not knowing that they might have to do this job to put food on the table or because this is the only job that they can get we as. We as customers have to be willing to give back when we encounter them as they service us. And as for this visit, I still am pleased with the food, because they got the order right, the food was HOT, and it was fresh tasting, and the customer service was friendly despite the little hiccup. 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟 for you. Thank you for serving our community, and may God bless the staff at this store for serving us. Know I...
Read moreI waited at this location for almost an hour, beginning at 11:00 pm. It is now 11:37, and now I have approached the window, and the first thing the manager asked was if I knew who was honking their horns. There are about 8 cars behind me at the moment, and I think each and every last car honked its horns due to the 40 minute wait. The manager is extremely rude and horrible to customers based on how I was treated today!! He begin to explain how he only had 2 employees working and told me to go to another location to find food! This is completely unacceptable. I am prepared to come Monday morning to make a report on this location! I would like to report this incident to Wendy’s corporate offices, or take legal action as the police were called by the manager who asked me to leave after coming outside Wendy’s and realizing I was recording what happened!. I recorded all footage and spoke with two police officers who were very kind thankfully, releasing me with no problem after hearing why they were called! Once the police officers arrived, the manager then accused me of honking my horn, and stated that was the reason for refusing to serve me food. I would never support Wendy’s again due to the treatment of the manager on duty tonight between 11 pm and 12 am. I was told that the reason the car behind me, was able to get an order made is due to being placed online. I believe the cars behind me were smart enough to place their orders online while sitting in the drive thru. I was then told the manager is always understaffed, and to get use to waiting, or go somewhere else to eat because I would not be served by Wendy’s. However, about 6 cars left the drive thru, and I have never seen the line so long wrapped around the building. I would like to take legal action if there is nothing done regarding this matter, as I was refused service in a drive through by a racist manager with braids in his hair. I will be back to this location to...
