Update: as of my visit on 8/10/21, the store front is closed/locked and only the drive through is open. This is not clearly communicated via signage. It supposedly is posted on the top of the store hours on the storefront window, but if it is it’s tiny and only visible when the signage is inches in front of your face. It is not viewable from your vehicle. This should be clearly stated on a sign visible by passerby’s. Having folks get out of their vehicle to find the location locked is an easy way to deter customers.
After unloading my children to go in the store and then loading them back for the drive through, I was very agitated that the experience could have easily been avoided if their was clear signage on the door. I wanted to get my child a donut for their birthday. They were out. I ordered a drink instead and asked for whipped topping and sprinkles, as seen in a photo on the menu. The drink came out without topping. This was at least my 4th visit, spaced out over a few years. I’ve had an issue with every single order, should it be the food or drink order or with the staff. This is unreal to me and I won’t be a continued customer at this location. I’ve never had an issue at even the busiest locations in major cities.
I feel like the staff is always a little jumbled when I stop in. My orders for the most part are always right, but the drinks I order are never...
Read moreThey can't make a Matcha to save their lives. I've stopped ordering it because I don't want to chew my drink. Also, the amount they use has to be costing more than I'm paying. We used to go 5+ times a week. However, you sit in the drive thru sometimes for several minutes as the only car waiting to give your order. Then get to the window to 3 people standing there talking to each other. The store needs management help. Also, they need to drop Donuts from their name.... Most days I go they are out for the day. 🙄 I know that's slightly petty, however, if you are open until 9pm I feel like you should have donuts past 5. Your coffee never tasted the same two times. The employees really need training on making a drink. Also, when I'm in the drive thru behind 5 cars while I see an employee out back smoking and no one being waited on... I get frustrated. So I decide to go in and order , only to be met with a locked door and no note stating the lobby is closed. I'm led to believe your employee is literally outside smoking ignoring customers. That was the last straw for me. I went for nearly daily visits to maybe once a week, and only during the morning hours when the manager is there and I can be more sure I will be...
Read moreAfter attending the groundhogs day festivities on our way home we stopped at the Dubois Dunkin’ a little after 2p. When entering the drive thru I was in the passengers seat as my boyfriend was the driver I had him ask what the flavors were as we never had been to a Dunkin’.. where we live we only have Starbucks and Tim Hortons. Anyways after asking what the flavors were the girl responded “it’s on the menu” I had to crawl over the large armrest in the truck and over my boyfriend to try and read the menu because the girl could not take 10seconds to read off the flavors. Out of feeling rushed I picked a mocha iced coffee with cream. When we got to the window and received the drink it wasn’t even stirred or was barely attempted as a pile of a inch thick mocha sat at the bottom. The girl who rang us out at the window didn’t even say the total or anything whatsoever. Absolutely no work ethic at this location obviously and have no manners. I do NOT recommend this establishment. I could have complained but with 20+ hours of no sleep I was just over it and threw...
