My husband went to pick up some food for us. We treat ourselves to our cravings every weekend. We've worked hard all week every week. So we're craving shamrock shakes and some certain sandwiches from Arby's. My husband goes to order from his truck. And word for word, "we're not doing shakes". She didn't say the ice cream machine was broken or that there was anything at all preventing her from doing shakes. The tone was we don't feel like it. They made our sandwiches and they were sloppy. I'm not worried about mine because there was nothing wrong with the bread or the fish. It was just sloppy. Not only was my husband's sandwich sloppy, it was un-eat able. The roast beef was cut too thick and long. The bread was hard and stale. This is why some of these places go down under. I really hope and pray someone fixes this. Laziness and unkind.
Couldn't find where to leave a new review. So here is an update. We decided to try for those awesome shamrock shakes again, last night. Just in case it was the last day for them. They did not disappoint. Good job this time. Caring more and good customer service is everything....
Read moreEven though I was the only one ordering food, it took a while in the drive threw. Waited for a while for someone to take my drive threw order. Then I waited for one person to slowly make my order as three others leaned against the counter. Even though there is a sign at the drive threw about how employees wear masks and gloves. Three of the four employees wore their masks on the chin away not covering the mouth or nose. One wore their mask under the nose. Out of napkins, Arby's sauce, and receipt paper. Ordered four sandwiches and mustard, received two mustards for four sandwiches. The manager-looking lady looked like she was yelling at the younger guys as they leaned against the counter. Or maybe she was yelling about something else. Whoever made my sandwiches before, made them better. I've never had my corned beef half slices of beef fat. The sandwiches were only cut through one side of bread, halfway through. They did give me the right order! They were trying, I'll try them again in a month or two when I'm feeding...
Read moreAlways leave a happy customer!❤️ Update: 10/4/24 I ran by the drive thru to pick up supper on my way home from my 2nd job-- (14hr day) I paid for my order and the cashier asked me to pull up while they prepared my meal fresh and I gladly followed the instructions given. Within minutes of pulling up/parking the manager came out to my car to inform me that they were out of burgers the rest of the night. With apologies, he told me that he could give me a replacement sandwich or refund my money. I had had a day, overwhelmed by one more thing going south for the day, I busted out crying (poor thing was not prepared for my response) he felt so bad but I explained that I had had a bad day. He replaced my burger with a chicken sandwich and handed me 2 cards for a free meal for any inconvenience.
