I am very very saddened as a Manager by what I experienced today. You're guest service cashier Breanna what an amazing and adorable person. I could tell she was new but she gave amazing service with all of the knowledge that she has been given. Her manager Tanya Church was no where to be found for any help to the poor young lady. When Breanna was able to contact Mrs. Church she seemed very displeased with being bothered. One, as a guest I was shocked with the energy but I can handle that. Two, It was poor Breanna who seems new and really just want to help the guest but is not given any help or assistance by her manager Mrs. Church! Wow! I had to explain to the poor young lady that this is NOT how managers train their employees. I told Breanna that she should ask all questions she can to be great at her job even if Mrs. Church is in a bad mood from work, home, really who knows! You can see that Breanna really want to know what she is doing and be great at it. Since her manager Mrs. Church does not seem to feel training employees properly is important to the company. Great job Breanna! keep going young lady you are a "STAR". Someone will teach you want you need. Even if Mrs. Church don't feel like...
Read moreColeslaw smelled and tasted awful. Fish was warm and the fries were cold. The only thing that was okay was the shrimp and hush puppies. We spoke with an employee about it and she called the manager. The manager brought out another coleslaw and we couldn't eat it either. I told her that if she smelled the coleslaw, she would see that it smelled spoiled. I told the employee that if they leave the coleslaw out for too long, it will start to spoil. They need to keep it in the refrigerator or throw it out when they know it's spoiled and simply not serve it. I told them that the fries were cold as well. The employee showed more compassion than the manager did. We practically threw more than half our meals out. I was waiting for the manager to come out and say she was willing to give us a discount or partial refund but she just walked away. Long story short, we didn't ask for either but it would've been nice if she at least offered. We will NOT be returning as there are many places we would rather spend our hard earned money. We have let so many discrepancies from this place slide in the past and have given them many chances...
Read moreWe drive from Orlando at least twice per month to eat here. Aside from one visit where our order was wrong and the food was a little cold, the food is always very good. The only complaint I have is the staff has been consistently unfriendly. No "hello", "thank you", they almost act as if you're bothering them when you ask for something. On one visit, one of the cooks in the back appeared to be cracking jokes about my son while we waited on line and as I stared at him, he just stared right back. The manager, who has been there for a long time, appears to be frazzled most of the time and maybe that's why she comes off as being unfriendly. To my surprise, on our visit yesterday, we encountered "Ramey", the polar opposite of the usual unfriendly employees. She was extremely courteous, got our order right and gave us everything we asked for with a smile on her face. I'm hoping that more employees like "Ramey" appear or at the very least, she could teach the other employees some people skills. Keep hiring more like "Ramey" and you'll get five...
