Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Sanford

I placed an online order from the Chipolte website that was never delivered. Everything is automated and it took almost an hour to speak to a live person. Once I spoke to that person there was not regard to my concern except. It was even so bad that when Chipolte send me to Door dash - who then transferred me back to Chipolte. Horrible!

3/20/24 Again I placed an online order (company site not 3rd party) and did not receive all my items. And again I have to go to an automated chatbot that only wants to provide credits to my wallet that expires. I requested a refund and the bot stopped working. Called the store who can not refund and then suggested that I pick up and order I asked to have delivered. She then gave me a 1-800 number who then issued the refund. This...

Ordered online, in-store pickup from the Chipotle app and it was my first time trying the brisket; which was cubed into pieces slightly larger than chocolate chips and they were hard. Granted, there were (some) larger pieces which were tender, but the majority were tough and chewy. My wife and I both ordered double meat (she got chicken and carnitas, flavor was good) and we both said to each other that it didn't seem like double meat. We have noticed that when we are standing in line and order double meat, we typically get it, but in this instance, while ordering online, we did not. There are other Chipotle's in the area which we will use next time, but I'd be lying if I said I won't think twice when...

My last visit to this Chipotle was good. The team was different….they were super normal, happy and efficient. I looked forward to going back. Tonight, the workers look depressed and this was the worst food I have ever received from a Chipotle.

The vegetables were burnt to a crisp. I had to pick all of the black bell peppers from every bite. Nothing was seasoned. Ive never had to go in my own spice cabinet. My husband felt like we got played. He had a burrito and couldn’t pull out all of the black vegetables that were all over his burrito. The whole thing tasted like char.

The drinks were empty…that’s what we actually went for. This bummed me out after a very long day....
